Hi Natasha
I want to make this for tomorrow lunch, never was making anything like this before, all pork i usually was cooking, was dry and hard to chew, i just was curious, if i can marinate pork tenderloin with the spices you offer and leave it for overnight?
HI Aziza, with this recipe there is no need to marinate overnight. Also make sure you are using pork tenderloin and NOT pork loin.
Best pork tenderloin out there we just made this yesterday and it was sop flavorful. We made another one today except we used our green egg grill and used a pizza stone to keep the meat from getting direct flame. We heated the grill to 400 and 10 minutes per side…it turned out just as juicy but the flavors were even better. Thanks for the great recipe. Deffinetly our new family favorite
Wow, that sounds delicious! I’m glad you enjoy the recipe Ally! Thanks so much for sharing your excellent review with other readers!

Is it possible to cook the pork loin in the crock-pot instead of the oven? Will it have the same results?
Hi Melanie, to be honest, I haven’t tried reproducing this recipe in a crock pot. It would be an altogether different set of instructions since this recipe is seared to seal in the juices and then roasted at a higher temperature. I’m concerned that without adding something else to the recipe, a slow cooker might just dry it out. This cooking method produces a very flavorful and tender meat. If you end up testing it in the dutch oven, let me know how you like it 🙂
I made this pork tenderloin the other night and it was amazing! Hubby loved it and I did too. I also love how easy and quick it is. Perfect!
Irina, I’m so happy to hear that! Thank you for sharing your great review!
when I cook your recipe pork tenderlion wow ! so good (pork tenderloin) , yummy and delicious. it will finsh a second. thank you for recipe
I’m so happy you loved it! 🙂
Would it work with the huge pork loin you can buy? Or would that be too dry?
Hi Kathy, this recipe works well with the tenderloin. I think the large pork loin would end up dry. Pork tenderloin is best cooked quickly over relatively high heat, while pork loin is great for slow-roasting or grilling methods.
I agree with Natalia. The large one needs the slow cooking methods.
I love this recipe so much
I’m so happy to hear that! Thanks Natalia 🙂
My husband Loves this! Moist and tasty. Tonight I’m changing up the seasonings a bit for his tastes. Can’t wait to sink my teeth into this again!
I’m so happy you both loved it!! 🙂

Cooked it per the instructions less a few spices it was AMAZING! Also I had to adjust baking time, probably took about 25-30 mins to get to 153F inside. Very juicy and yummy!
Oh I’m so happy you loved it!! 🙂
Wow luv the video and omg ny mouth is watering right now job well done Natasha darlin tho unfortunately I cannot eat pork would it work with another meat like say a veal or a turkey of sorts love the simplicity of using oil and spices searing for a bit and then popping it in the oven btw where did you purchase your oven proof skillet must get one or two or twenty two lol
Hi Tzivia. Thank you for the compliment! 🙂 I haven’t tried this with other meats but it really depends on the type of meat, the thickness of it and how much fat it contains.
Maybe I could try it with a meat that’s not so thick ur welcome gurl mmmm I’m totally salivating Natasha jjob outdone
will definitely use this recipe for the pork tenderloin. Mine is always too dry.
Hi Jo! I hope you love it! This is our go-to recipes and it always turns out nice and juicy 🙂
Natasha, looks delicious and I will make it tonight for dinner! It would be great if you can put a post on what you eat as a family in a day and what you make for kids? Thank you! 😉
Hi Nina, it really varies from week to week, but we always have a pot of soup since our baby loves soup and then it’s just a variety of what I’m cooking for the blog or recipes that exist on the blog 🙂
