Hi Natasha, I’ve tried a few of the recipes on your site (olivie and vinegret) – delicious!! I love the simple instructions and photos. I was wondering if you had a schi (sauerkraut soup) recipe? I’ve had trouble finding a good one.
Vera, It’s one of the recipes thats due for a makeover; one of our earliest recipes. I posted it the first month this blog was up; I’ve changed my ways now and include nice step-by-step pictures. I’ll definitely be re-doing this one! The final picture needs a facelift too. Hope you enjoy it!

My husband was just telling me about that soup the other day. I’ve never tried it but he likes his moms recipe. I’ll bug him about it
