Natalia, I’m in the market my self for one so can’t really recommend one yet. I would suggest looking at the reviews on Amazon and selecting that way. Reply

This oreshnitsa on Amazon works well. They sent me one to test out. I haven’t really tried any others. Hope that helps 🙂

Hi Natasha do you have the Cuisinart 77-7 Chef’s Classic Stainless 7-Piece Cookware Set? Did you buy it on Amazon? I wanted to buy it just now but it has so many bad reviews.
I was doing some shopping for my new place and your recommendations were really helpful. Thank you. 🙂 Reply

My big stainless steel set is actually by Kirkland signature from Costco. However, I have a few pieces from Zwilling and I love them. I don’t have like one big set that I use exclusively, but a number of different pieces from different brands. Reply

What kind of can opener do you use? (I don’t see one on your list!) I brought a can opener from IKEA for a couple bucks and within a couple months it hardly worked anymore. This time I would rather invest in a more expensive can opener that will last! Reply

Galina, I use Trudeau Stress Less Safety Can Opener. I love how it removes the lid without making sharp edges and doesn’t take up much space in the drawer. Hope this helps :). Reply

I like my pots and pans but I think they are a little too heavy (the Kirkland ones from Costco). If you are looking for good non-stick pans, the Circulon ones I have on this page are very good. Reply

        Natasha,

I can not see any photos, products or links. Very sad. I was looking forward to it. Just found your blog and love it.

        All the best.

You might have an ad blocker installed that is preventing it from popping up. I’ll see if I can re-work a different format besides amazon photo links to make it more user-friendly. In the mean time, try turning off your add blocker and refresh. Sorry… Anyway, welcome to the blog!! 🙂 Reply

    Hi Natasha,
As a Christmas present, I bought the tripod you recommend on this page. However I didn’t realize it needs a head kit. Which do you recommend?
    Thank you! Reply

Are you planning to use it for videos or pictures? This is the one we have but this is great for video and it is more expensive than a photo-specific one would be: Manfrotto 701HDV Pro Fluid Video Mini Head. Click here for the photo head that would work great if you mostly shooting pictures.  Reply

Thank you so much Natasha!!! We mainly need it to take pictures. Your suggestion (Manfrotto 496RC2) is exactly the one I have been eyeballing. Now I know for sure to get it!!! Thank you again for sharing what you know! Reply
