Made this for my graduation party and it was definitely a hit!! Did experience an accident while preparing it though. Not sure what caused it but after blending the strawberries and combining them with the sodas, there was some sort of reaction but the drink kept overflowing and it was all fizzing out (like after shaking a bottle of soda and opening it but 10x worse). Definitely want to make this again but scared of creating a mess all over again

Oh dear :O. You definitely have to pour the soda slowly; it is super fizzy. I’ll include the warning in recipe 🙂

The explosion happened with the strawberries right after I put them in. Never experienced that before haha. Didn’t know strawberries had such power

I included a note to add the club soda slowly because it does create some serious fizz! 🙂 Thanks Ana for the tip!

Semi-sweet, its easy to fix, just add more sprite and less club soda. If already mixed it and its not sweet enough, add some sugar or more strawberry puree. Hope this helps 🙂

We must have had the same “great idea”! I’ve made this for parties in years past, and yes–it goes quickly and all I do is stand there refilling the pitchers. Got the idea from the strawberry limeade at a fast food place :).

Nice. You might be the source of this recipe. I’m not sure. If you are, thank you! It’s so easy and refreshing. I’ll have to post Sveta’s punch too (with the sorbet). I have to improve my drinks section; it’s pretty pitiful 🙂

Another drink that’s good is half bottle cranberry juice half bottle sprite, just add sliced limes, oranges, and/or lemons! With some ice it’s refreshing;)
