This sparkling raspberry lemonade is an easy and delicious party drink. It was a hit with kids and grown ups. It’s one of those drinks I crave at restaurants but wish they didn’t charge for refills ;). You can make the raspberry syrup a couple days in advance then just add club sodie pop when serving.

Raspberry season is nearly here, but the best part about this drink is you can use fresh or frozen raspberries, so you can be sipping this bubbly all year long. I included instructions for using either frozen lemonade concentrate or squeezing your own lemons. Easy peasy!

Ingredients for Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade:

1 (12 oz) bag frozen raspberries, thawed (or 12 oz fresh raspberries)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 (12 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed in the fridge
(If you wish to squeeze your own lemons, combine:
1 cup lemon juice (from about 6 medium lemons) with 3/4 cup sugar)

2 Liter bottle club soda, chilled
Fresh ice to serve
Fresh raspberries and slices of lemon for garnish (optional

Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade (use fresh or frozen raspberries). Easy peasy and the syrup can be made in advance! @NatashasKitchen

How to Make Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade:

1. In the bowl of an electric blender, puree together the thawed lemonade can with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 bag of thawed raspberries (just make sure to take them out of the bag, do not put the bag in the blender – just in case) ;).

2. If you don’t want the seeds to be present in your lemonade, you can strain the syrup through a cheese cloth or sieve pressing on the seeds to get as much syrup through as possible. I love this sieve from OXO. This part is a little annoying but it really only takes a few minutes. Discard leftover seeds

3. Just before your party, combine the raspberry lemonade mixture with your club soda (slowly because it fizzes like crazy!) in your punch bowl and toss in fresh raspberries and lemon slices for prettiness.

Note: If you want to make individual cups, add ice to a tall glass then top with 1/3 cup of raspberry syrup and gently/slowly pour in 1 cup club soda.

See that splash of club soda going everywhere,… um yeah that was on purpose.

Toss in some raspberries and a slice of lemon for vacation effect. Grab a straw, kick up your feet and sit in a sunny spot while sipping. It’ll change your day. Guaranteed

Oh and the refills are on the house 😉

Can this be put in a beverage dispenser? I’d love to make this for an upcoming baby shower!

Hi Julie! I think it could work. You may need to leave out the berries so they don’t clog the dispenser.

    Hi Natasha,

I came from Brunei and we do not have a club soda. Can I substitute for Sprite instead?

    Thanks

Hi Michelle, It would work but will be significantly sweeter.

Since club soda is LOADED with sodium, I used unflavored seltzer instead. Much more refreshing and a far better taste! Don’t let anyone try to convince you that club soda and seltzer are the same thing!!!!!

Love all your recipes!! This sounds so super delicious. One question though. Of you want to make this onto an adult beverage what kind would you put on? Gin,vodka? Any suggestions would help.
Keep up the awesome work you are doing!

Hi Bettina, thank you so much for that wonderful compliment! 🙂 We don’t drink alcohol so I haven’t experimented with that at all. Sorry I can’t be more helpful!

Do you use the whole 2L bottle of club soda or just 1 L?

Hi Shannon, yes I use the full 2 Liters. I see I wrote to add your liter of soda in the instructions. I have fixed that to make it more clear that it is the 2 Liter bottle per the ingredient list. Thanks for asking! 🙂

This Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade looks so refreshing! It’s such a gorgeous color, and I love that you’ve given options for using frozen fruit when fresh is not available. I think this will be my summer beverage of choice!

That’s brilliant; frozen lemon juice from your own trees?! Now all I need is a lemon tree, but I don’t think they grow in Idaho 🙁
