Grilled pineapple sausage skewers that are sweet, spicy, smoky and so flavorful! You won’t believe the easy glaze. Easy, excellent brunch skewers recipe. | natashaskitchen.com

These grilled pineapple sausage skewers are easy as can be and so tasty! The glaze on these brunch skewers is everything. You won’t believe it only has 3 ingredients and the secret is TABASCO® Sauce. It is sweet, spicy, smoky,… so flavorful! Big thank you to our friends at TABASCO® Brand who sponsored this delicious recipe.

These skewers come together quickly and you can completely make them ahead. Welcome your summer brunch party guests to the sweet smoky aroma of these grilling away.

Have you tried grilled pineapple before? I’m convinced it is the best way to eat pineapple. The grill caramelizes the glaze on the outside and really amplifies the natural sweetness of pineapple. It pairs beautifully with sausage and bell pepper and gives these skewers almost tropical flavor!

Hi Katie, it depends on how you are serving them. If serving for breakfast or brunch, I would pair with scrambled eggs or these breakfast potatoes, if serving for lunch, rice would be great with this. Reply

Ha! That’s awesome! My husband and I had grilled Hawaiian pineapple in Maui – we bought it at Costco there and it was the sweetest pineapple I’ve ever tried and it didn’t leave the tingly tongue after effect when you eat way too much of it 😉 Reply
