Natasha, I would like to make your plum jam. I’m wondering if 12 POUNDS of plums is the correct amount for 4 cups of sugar. Help! I’m about to start. I think I will like your site! Greetings from Ontario, Canada Reply

Diane, 12 pounds should have 4 1/2 cups of sugar, you can add less to make them less sweet. Hope this helps. Reply
