Blogoversary and Triple Trudeau Giveaway! (Winners Announced)

This post may contain affiliate links. Read my disclosure policy.

Today marks the 3-year Blogoversary of NatashasKitchen. That felt like light speed! This blog is like a hobby gone wild. Oh and it’s actually my birthday today too. I’m an adult plus 10 years.

You all are fabulous. You make me want to do cartwheels (and I’m not flexible, nope not at all. On second thought, maybe just some jumping jacks). You bless me daily by your kind words. I’m surrounded by the most caring group of readers a blogger could hope for. I love ya! Have I buttered you up enough? If not, check out the giveaway below. That should do it!

Thank you for visiting my blog and sharing it with your friends and family; I appreciate each and every one of you [air five to my peeps!!] – I don’t ever usually talk that way, but you make me happy.

Thank you all for entering the giveaway. Stay tuned for many more giveaways in December! Congratulations to the Winners of the mighty fine cooking loot. I will email you shortly. Please reply reply within 72 hours of receipt of the email. Congrats again!

1. Tony who wrote “I pinned your new Finnish cookies they look amazing. here is the link.

2. Natalie  who wrote:  “I will be cooking up a storm in the kitchen when i have my friends over. I love making rabbit… MY ALL TIME FAVORITE MEAT. Its not easy to come by at your regular grocery store, but most Asian stores carry it, for a decent price too. I love to place that little animal in a glass baking dish add some seasoning a bit of heavy whipping cream and some potatoes. It comes out of the oven OH just so yummy:)

3. Ekaterina who wrote: “My absolute favorite thing to cook is carrot cupcakes plus they are always a hit with EVERYONE:)”

Here are some recent photos of our little Family 🙂

Our son is growing up so quickly. He was just 3 months when I started this blog. He’s now 3 years old! So thankful to God for him.

So blessed to be married to Vadim for the past 9 years.

You don’t want to know what he was telling me. LOL.

Photos taken by Radion Photography.

So what’s all this hoopla, hullabaloo, hubbub and brouhaha about a giveaway? A few weeks ago, Trudeau sent me a super awesome box of cookin’ gear. It’s top-notch quality stuff. It’s also very colorful which somehow makes cooking more fun. I’m excited that three of you will experience my same glee when you open your box filled with about $85 of Trudeau goodies. Here’s a look at what EACH winner will receive:

1.Trudeau 10-Inch Silicone Spatula
2.Trudeau 10-Inch Silicone Spoon Spatula
3. Trudeau Mini Silicone Muffin Cups
4. Trudeau 9-Inch Silicone Whisk, Green
5. Trudeau 5-Piece Measuring Spoon Set
6. I am particularly enamored by this little doodad (also known as the Trudeau Pot Clip Spoon Rest) . It kept my stove clean while I made jam and it will keep your stove clean too:

7. Oh and lets not forget Trudeau’s awesome two-tone mixing bowls with a very convenient pouring lip:

I find myself reaching for these before my boring stainless steel ones.

Make your way over to Trudeau’s website to thank them for sponsoring this giveaway and check out all their awesome kitchen tools (Yes, Christmas is just around the corner!). You can also follow Trudeau on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Hi 🙂 my all time favorite thing to cook would definately have to be ranch potatoes!! You make mashed potatoes then add sour cream and a ranch packet. Then you put the potatoes in a casserole dish and grate cheese over the top and broil it until the top is all crisp and bubbly. Delicious!!! Reply

This is my first time posting on this website but I’ve been a FAN of this website ever since I was married and that’s almost 2.5 years; and this website has served me well in my kitchen for my home and family. We’ve shared all the goodies on this website with all my family and friends from WA and Alaska, ( that’s where I’m from -AK) and we all love it and always check it out for new cool yummy recipes. So for now, my all time favorite thing to make are the newest cupcakes from this website French breakfast muffins recipe. This was my first time ever making any cupcakes (cause I thought that they were always cheesy) but oh my are they so GOOD and easy to make! YUM! Thank you for all your hard work put into this website, God Bless you. Reply

i just liked your page on facebook 🙂

but my favorite thing to cook is cake. especially spartak. it is the most agonizing and painstaking cake for me(since i bake only on special occasions, once a month if that)
BUT Spartak is just so GOOD and heavenly and everyone seems to love it too! (my boyfriends parents were over for our Jatva and i made a Spartak for us to have at home for tea, after church on Sunday we had a lunch in church and my boyfriends dad told me that he didn’t get any cake at the lunch because there were none good enough compared to Spartak 🙂
    thank you NATASHA 🙂

    also i like cooking eggs.

God bless you girl and keep cooking! Reply

Natasha, LOVE your blog! Congratulations on your 3rd blogoversary! What an accomplishment. You certainly made this blog a success and it’s helping so many cooks around the world. I found your blog about 2 years ago by searching for “Russian food blogs” in Google and I’m so happy to have “met” such a wonderful young women.
The pictures are beautiful. You have a gorgeous family.
I don’t think I have a favorite thing to cook, although trying new recipes would definitely be it. I prefer cooking over baking and like trying new and challenging things. Or coming up with my own variation to many different dishes. I guess this especially applies to all the great Russian recipes that don’t really have “recipes”, but a bit of this and a dash of that.
Good luck. You are doing an incredible job. Reply

Wow girl, you look very good for your age. I thought you were about 23 the whole time. Thanks for your hard work!

I have 3 kids, so my favorite thing to cook is home made baby food. I have a baby food processor that steams and processes all in one step and I have been making food for my little blessings. It feels very good to know that my babies are getting the best nutrition possible with least processing.

I also LOVE baking cakes and pirozhki. I bake a few times a week. I mostly bake Russian cakes like beskvit or bulockki with any filling and roulette.

Here is a link to a very good cake that I recently made. It’s called Kvaefjord cake which translates to “WORLD’s BEST CAKE” http://missingflavor.blogspot.com/2010/05/kvaefjord-cake-and-norwegian-spirit.html Reply

Happy birthday!!! And Happy 3rd Anniversary! So glad I came across you blog 3 years ago I think like a month after you started I remember telling my mom that I finally found a Ukrainian/Russian website with recipes that are step by step cuz when ever I asked my mom for a recipe her response would be a little bit of that and a hand full of that so I was always calling her like 10times while making something and i just started cooking more american food that i would find online. So i have been fallowing you for while and I would check my e-mail like everyday to see if you got a new recipe up I always got excited when you did cuz then I went right to it a made what you had posted I fell in love with cooking our food again. And what a neat giveaway! I never win anything but hoping i do win this will give my kitchen some color. i love cooking borscht just because its my kids favorite they ask me to make it all the time for them and i just love all the colors that go in to it and just chopping up the veggies for it. I love it most in the second or third day. After all the veggies have soaken up the beet color and flavor. But my all favorite salad is your Creamy Spinach Salad with Chicken and Baby Tomatoes and thanks for the recipe. May God bless you in all that you do and your beautiful family! Thanx for the giveaway! Reply
