    I’m fighting liver metastasis so my diet has been severely curtailed. No pasta. No rice. No milk products. Etc.
    Your recipes make me drool but the ingredients I get to ude are essential. Any part in your site dedicated to diabetics, people with serious diseases, etc.?
    When you give recipes, can you also give alternatives to the sugars, flours, etc.? Reply

      I Carolyn, thank you for visiting our blog. We are constantly working on improving our blog and working with our reader’s needs. Most of our recipes have how to’s or substitutions listed. Also, our readers are amazing and leave comments in recipe posts with substitutions they have made to fit their diet. I hope that helps you and your search for your favorite meals. Reply
