This salami sandwich literally takes about 5 minutes to put together. It's the perfect lunch for work or school since you can make it the night before.

Ingredients
8ozcream cheese, cold or room temp
1/4cupfinely chopped green onion, fresh or frozen
1/4cupfinely chopped dill, fresh or frozen
1garlic clove, pressed
8slicesof sandwich bread, we used sourdough
8-10ozgenoa salami
4large leaves of green lettuce
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine 8 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup green onions, 1/4 cup dill, and press in 1 garlic clove. Mash herbs into the cream cheese.
Spread about 1-2 Tbsp of the cream cheese mixture on one side of each bread slice.
Top with lettuce and about 6-8 pieces of salami, or to taste.
Notes
This spread keeps well in the fridge for 3-5 days.
