I might have tossed in a few extra pineapple chunks for my sweet tooth. But ya know what? There's no added sugar in this. Yep, it's au natural.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp flaxseeds
  • 2 clementines peeled
  • 1 banana peeled
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

Instructions

  1. Add of the ingredients to the blender, secure the lid and select "whole juice". It's done in under a minute and the flax seeds blend up really well in my Blendtec (they aren't gritty!).
