White Meat Chicken
1/2

Real Mayonnaise

(or to taste)
Instructions
Boil the egg noodles in salted water until al dente (cook according to instructions on package). Drain and rinse with cold water.
Drain the can of chicken and combine with 3/4 cup mayo in a small bowl, breaking the chicken into small pieces.
In a medium bowl, combine the noodles and chicken mixture until the noodles are coated.
Notes
: Pasta will continue "cooking" until it's rinsed with cold water. You can use 1/2 cup of mayo to cut the fat; it just tastes better with the 3/4 cup.
