Fresh Mango Salsa Recipe (5 Ingredients)
This easy 5 ingredient mango salsa with avocado only takes 5 minutes to make and hits your taste buds in all the right spots; sweet, savory, tangy and fresh. This recipe makes 2 1/2 cups of salsa.
- 1 mango diced
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/ 2 red onion (medium) finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro (about 1/2 cup chopped)
- 2 Tbsp lime juice (from 1 medium lime)
In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, avocado, finely chopped red onion and chopped cilantro.
Squeeze 2 Tbsp of fresh lime juice over the top or add lime juice to taste. Toss gently to combine and serve.
