This recipe for Air Fryer Baked Potato comes out perfectly every time. The skin of the potato is salty and crispy while the inside is tender and fluffy. You'll love how easy it is to cook the potatoes in the air fryer since you don't need a long preheating time.
Scrub potatoes under running water then thoroughly dry with a towel.
Poke the potato all over with a fork, 4-5 times, rub with oil and sprinkle all over with salt. Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket.
Cook the potatoes in a Basket-style air fryer at 400°F or Toaster-Style Air Fryer at 375°F for 35-45 minutes, flipping halfway. Cook time will depend on the size of your potatoes. Air Fry until easily pierced with a knife. Use tongs to transfer potatoes to a plate.
