I love sharing tested and perfected family-friendly recipes that make everyday cooking enjoyable and stress-free. I am passionate about creating delicious, approachable dishes that bring joy to family meals. 

The recipes on this site mirror my life as a busy mom, wife, and business owner. I need easy meals that the whole family will enjoy, but the cook in me craves flavorful and exciting dishes, too!

I share all of my best tips to succeed in the kitchen with foolproof recipes, detailed step-by-step photos, helpful video tutorials, ingredient and equipment recommendations, and pro tips from years of cooking experience.

My work has been featured in magazines, newspapers, online media, and on local and National TV, including a segment on Good Morning America (and I have to tell you, it’s quite a feeling to see your face on a billboard in Times Square!).

Fun Facts

  • I genuinely love cooking – it’s therapeutic to me and deeply satisfying to make a meal that nourishes the people I love.
  • I was born in Ukraine and came to the US as a refugee when I was 4 years old.
  • I have 4 sisters and we are born 1 year apart (my parents are my heroes).
  • I love spending time outdoors with my husband and two children at our cabin in McCall.
