      Hi Adele, I’m not familiar with the products that are available in France. Maybe someone else has some insight into this? I would suggest googling French sour cream substitute to see what you come up with. Sorry I can’t be more helpful! Reply

    On your blueberry lemon cake, can you substitute a healthier flour other than white flour…maybe coconut flour, and organic sugar or honey instead of white flour. Reply

      Hi Damaris, I haven’t tried coconut flour so It is difficult to guess, I also searched the comments and no one has mentioned trying it so I can’t say for sure. I haven’t experimented with any other sweeteners either but I definitely think it is worth testing! It’s so difficult to say since baking is so much a science that needs experimentation. Sorry I can’t be much help. Reply

      I’m glad you both love the recipe! Due to time constraints, I don’t typically include nutritional info, but check out this nutrition analyzer – you can plug in the ingredients from any recipe, select the serving size and it will give you nutritional info, calories, etc. I hope that is helpful to you Vanessa! Reply

    Hi Natasha! I truly enjoy your website! I’m originally from Belarus, but have been living here for a long time. You have amazing recipes on your site. It was my 1st time making Zuppa Toscana. Omg, it was delicious!. My husband who is American loves the meals I made using your ideas.
    Also, I like that I can easily type an ingredient I want to cook in the search box, and your site provides a lot of recipes.
