Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for about 5 minutes.
Add Oil - Coat the pork chop with oil on both sides (this is an optional step to help the seasoning stick and a crust to form, omit if you prefer)
Mix the seasoning - In a bowl, combine the seasoning ingredients: salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and then rub on every side of the pork chops.
Cook - Air fry at 380°F for about 10-15 minutes, or until the pork chops reach 145°F. Flip the pork chops halfway through the cooking.
Notes
For thicker pork chops, add 1 minute to the cooking time.
For bone-in pork chops, 2-3 minutes to the cooking time.
Toaster oven-style air fryer - reduce heat to 350°F and reduce cooking time by 1 minute.Make Ahead- Season the pork chops as early as the night before and store them covered in the fridge until ready to cook.Storage - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer individually wrapped for 3 months.
