1cuprefrigerated coconut milk, or almond milk or regular milk
1cupstrawberries, hulled and halved
1banana, peeled and quartered
1cuppineapple chunks, frozen
Instructions
Add all of your ingredients to the jar of a blender in the order they are listed with liquids on the bottom and frozen on top. Blend until completely smooth. Pour and serve right away.
