Mango Salsa Recipe
This easy 5 ingredient mango salsa with avocado only takes 5 minutes to make and hits your taste buds in all the right spots; sweet, savory, tangy and fresh. This recipe makes 2 1/2 cups of salsa.

red onion (medium)

finely chopped

small bunch cilantro

(about 1/2 cup chopped)

lime juice

(from 1 medium lime)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, avocado, finely chopped red onion and chopped cilantro.
Squeeze
2 Tbsp of fresh lime juice over the top or add lime juice to taste. Toss gently to combine and serve.
Notes
*
For a spicy mango salsa
: add 1 jalapeno pepper. Scrape out and discard the seeds then finely chop the jalapeno.
