    I am so excited to finally share our first cookbook with you! Somebody pinch me!! It’s hard to believe it’s out in the world. Writing this cookbook has been one of the hardest, most exciting, and fun things I’ve ever done, and I’m thrilled to share it with you.

    P.S. I have this vivid memory of getting a chocolate candy bar in grade school and saving it so I could share it with my 4 sisters at home. That’s how I feel about the recipes in this cookbook – I finally get to share them with you, the Natasha’s Kitchen community that I love so much.     About Natasha’s Kitchen Cookbook

    • 100+ Recipes – I think it’s about 110 to be exact, most of which are brand new and truly some of my best recipes. These include everything from breakfasts, soups, salads, main courses, exciting sides, and desserts.
    • Entertaining Ideas – we have a whole chapter devoted to easy hosting with brilliant recipes and tips to inspire hospitality.
    • Tested by hundreds of volunteers – Every recipe was tested by 5 or more cooks from our cookbook testing community of 315 people (with all skill levels; from home cooks to professional chefs).
    • Gorgeous photos – every recipe was beautifully photographed (because I can’t handle cookbooks without pictures) and the recipes will make your mouth water.
    • Behind the Scenes – we included historic photos of my family, even the first (slightly awkward) photo with my husband Vadim when we first met. I’m excited to share more of my family with you. I know I’m biased but the lifestyle photos are my favorite part of the book.
    • Stories – I shared our back story with details I’ve never shared before; how we came to America as refugees, growing up, meeting my husband, and how this incredible Natasha’s Kitchen journey began.

    In Natasha’s Kitchen, she shares 100+ budget-friendly, foolproof recipes anyone can whip up on even the busiest weeknight. From Salmon Piccata and Turkey Meatball Soup to Crispy Bacon Jalapeno Poppers as well as traditional Ukrainian recipes passed down from her mother like classic Borscht and her famous Pierogis, Natasha’s family-friendly recipes are made with easy-to-find ingredients and have been thoroughly tested. And because she loves to have her large extended family and friends over, there are also menus for sharing and easy entertaining—from a taco bar to a chili bar to the ultimate cheese board.

    With a warm and encouraging voice, accompanied by beautiful, mouthwatering photographs, readers are offered a glimpse into Natasha’s life as she does what she enjoys most: cooking for her loved ones.

    Corrections:

    Despite having an entire team proofread the book many times over, a couple of things slipped through the cracks. Thank you for reporting these to me! Corrections will be made in the next printing:

    • French Onion Soup on pg. 120 – Step 5: Once the stock and seasonings are in the pot, partially cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Watch the Video Tutorial.

      Hi Natasha, I came across your kitchen on fb/youtube a few years ago and always thought you’re funny. I’ve tried some of your recipes. I now receive emails from NatashaKitchen with recipes. Last night I tried your easy to follow chicken & mushroom casserole and also cup cake recipes. I always get my husband to review my cooking and he was very impressed. Was wondering if you have a cookbook and this morning I received an email about your new cookbook. I am very pleased with your success, Congratulations!

      Natasha is truly in my opinion todays Julia Child, her recipes are easy to follow and do not require a lot of steps. I just love how she has so many different varieties of recipes to choose from. Her videos are so helpful, I wish there was one for every recipe. There has yet to be a meal where I have messed up or did not like it, everything is ALWAYS delicious. My students with special needs really respond to her videos; they have learned so much from following along with her. Every single meal I make is either inspired from one of her recipes or directly off her website. Thank you so much Natasha, I have almost cooked everything available on your website!

      Respectfully saying not sure what happened but I saw the early bird purchase in the winter / spring of the cookbook took the early advantage of knowing wouldn’t receive it till fall / late fall of 2023 but I never received the cookbook never quite sure how to correspond about the issue till I just saw this post with book purchase site & a leave a comment so thought this message might get to the correct department of my concerns !         I purchased it on FB a promotional type deal order in advance winter of 2023 and receive by Fall of 2023 it’s now Spring of 2024 it was a Natashaskitchen web site early bird purchase book not published yet ! Best Regards ! Mark

In my videos, I don’t always mention the fine details and exact measurements but I do include the recipe link in the description/caption section of the video. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to look up any of my recipes here on my blog. The ingredients and instructions are in the recipe card at the very bottom of the blog post.

      Haven’t had much time yet to review your beautiful new cookbook which I bought today in an Indigo book store, but just found this page mentioning Corrections. The Onion Soup correction in need of edit is as noted. However, the Index item for Fettuccini Alfredo, David’s, 132, 133 in my book is wrong. The recipe and photo in my book are on 152, 153. The index list under pasta and grains, 129-155 shows David’s Fettuccini Alfredo, 152, 153 is correct.
      Creamy Pesto Pasta, listed on index as Pesto Pasta, Creamy, 152, 153 is actually on 132, 133. However, listed in index under pasta and grains, 129-155 as Creamy Pesto Pasta, 132, 133 is correctly listed.

      Congratulations Natasha on all your success it’s very well deserved I love your recipes and I follow you online. I find those now there’s other peoples names under yours and I can’t actually get the recipe. But I want to order your cookbook and I’m hoping I could get a signed copy I would just be thrilled with that so if you give me some direction as to how to go about doing that I would love to do that my name is Margaret Lynne Rayner
