Saw your post on Thanksgiving leftovers. How about Stuffing Muffins with Turkey on top as well as leftover Mashed potatoes and gravy all over everything?

Just wanted to add one idea I heard from a friend, sauté little pieces of the turkey with cream cheese. I tried it before and I loved it! Simple and quick and gives leftovers a new taste

TURKEY FLAUTAS ARE ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. CHOP TURKEY IN SMALL PIECES AND ANY SPICES FOR FLAVOR, FILL A CORN TORTILLA AND ROLL IT, PUT A TOOTHPICK IN CENTER TO KEEP IT TOGETHER AND PUT IN FRYING PAN .

Thank you Larisa! I’m glad you’re inspired by the list. My mom made the turkey this year and she sent me home with the leftovers. Score!! Enjoy your little princess; what a beautiful name; Zara. I remember those days when I was so eager for my husband to come home from work to get that much needed break. Babies are 24-7 – I’ll be in the same boat in just a few short months 🙂
