Despite having an entire team proofread the book many times over, a couple of things slipped through the cracks. Thank you for reporting these to me! Corrections will be made in the next printing:

Natasha, we just cooked the Tuscan Salmon, what a hit!!! This recipe is absolutely fantastic!! Easy, quick, delicious. May well be our “go to” salmon favorite. By the way, this looks like a good sauce base for other adaptations. I want to try it with shrimp for example. Thanks for all you do to help “non-cook” guys like me come up with great meals at home. Hi Natasha! Well I did a slight variation of the Tuscan Salmon and it is EXCELLENT! Substituted two pounds of shrimp for the salmon and added a large can of mushrooms. Not sure what to call it, but it is GREAT! How about “Natasha’s Tuscan Shrimp”?
Your recipe is a great foundation to experiment with!! The sun dried tomatoes really add a delightful twist.
