    Hi Natasha!
I love the fact that this site helps Russians wifeys of this day and age to still be able to please their Russian-food-loving husbands. They wouldn’t even know we had no idea how to bake or cook before getting married! Am i the only one?… 😉 Anyway, as ridiculous as I feel to ask this, do you think you can make a video on how to correctly fry potatoes? I tried making your “Russian Beet Salad” with the shredded fried potatoes and made a complete mush of the potatoes ! Please help!
    Thanks Dear 🙂

Hi Julia! I’m so glad you’re enjoying the blog :). It helps to fry the potatoes in small batches. You know what I discovered recently that works really well, it’s shoestring potatoes and they are sold at Walmart and they don’t have any artificial ingredients. They taste really good and they’re an easy and quick substitute. Hope that helps 🙂

Thank you so much :-). I don’t think that is possible at this time due to time limitations for me and I feel it would make the posts really long. Have you tried any tools like google translate?

Hi. I’m looking for a salad that looks like pineapple. All I can tell you is that it stacks like shyba salad and on top it has mushrooms. Have you ever came across it, if so would you share recipe?

I have a mushroom wedding salad, but it sounds different than what you’re describing.
