Bloopers and Behind the Scenes 2020 (VIDEO)
We’ve had so many requests for a blooper video, so here it is. Our Youtube Channel saw explosive growth in 2020 and we filmed tons of videos so of course there were plenty of bloopers.

Watch the 2020 Bloopers Video
Bloopers highlight the reality of filming. Our typical filming day takes about 4-6 hours and we turn it into a 10-minute video. There’s a ton of funny business that happens in between. These are our best outtakes and deleted scenes from the year.
I hope you enjoyed this behind the scenes look of our filming process and all the funny moments that should bring a smile to your face.
Behind the Scenes Photos
If you were ever curious what our behind the scenes setup looks like, here is a peek at what our kitchen looks like when our equipment is up. We have all of our Camera Equipment in our Amazon Shop.

Above is our 3-camera set-up. The smaller camera on the slider tripod travels around the kitchen.

Making Beef Tenderloin with Mushroom Sauce for our Christmas Special.

This is my very handsome cameraman (aka my husband). He is the real star of the show. He runs every camera and edits on his own. I’m encouraging him to get some help. Maybe this year we will be blessed with an assistant for filming or editing.

My husband spends hours every week editing and pulling the video together. He does amazing work.

Capturing the hero images and footage of our Baked Ziti. We literally move things over to the window mid-filming to get the beautiful food shots with natural light.

We can’t wait to break out the grill again and make all the grilled things. P.S. If you’re in the mood for seafood after this picture, check out our Crab Legs tutorial.

Sooo glad you put these out there!! When it looks so effortless and easy in the short videos, we tend to forget just how much work goes into prepping, trial and error, grocery shopping, and CLEANING UP!
It truly is time consuming to cook and I can’t imagine doing that from home, balancing family, and having a personal life on top of that. Plus, spending time with relatives and being involved in church.
