Writing this book has been one of the hardest, most exciting, and fun things I’ve ever done, and I’m thrilled to share it with you.

P.S. I have this vivid memory of getting a chocolate candy bar in grade school and saving it so I could share it with my 4 sisters at home. Natasha, thank you for creating your new cookbook! Our family tradition is that I bake my children, grandchildren and in-law’s birthday cakes. The last two cakes I have used your recipes – tres leches and red velvet. There were PERFECT! Everyone enjoyed them and they came out just as you explained and described.
