Despite having an entire team proofread the book many times over, a couple of things slipped through the cracks. Thank you for reporting these to me! Corrections will be made in the next printing:
- French Onion Soup on pg. 120 – Step 5: Once the stock and seasonings are in the pot, partially cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Watch the Video Tutorial.

I haven’t heard of many issues with Amazon orders not being delivered. If you see the purchase of the book in your order history, then contact Amazon directly about it. Hi Alan! Thank you so much for sharing. I’m glad you are finding recipes that you love. In regards to the spiral bound cookbook, it’s a knock off. I am not sure what the spiral version is or who makes it and cannot guarantee the contents of it. It’s not from my publisher and don’t know how it was allowed to be sold. The legal team is working on getting it removed, so if you see it anywhere I would discourage you from buying it.

I am very happy with your cookbook! I’ve been watching your reels on Facebook and YouTube for years. They also helped me through a difficult time. Because of you I purchased the Instant Pot and that large Cuisinart Airfryer and they are used frequently. I started with the whole chicken in the Instant Pot and later on the Instant Pot ribs and mashed potatoes as well. Such a good idea that apple juice with the spareribs!
I hope you will write many new recipes or keep on sharing old family recipes.

I absolutely love your cookbook. The big thing here is that I don’t actually like physical cookbooks anymore, I love my online recipe box and looking at my favorite bloggers (you).
