Writing this book has been one of the hardest, most exciting, and fun things I’ve ever done, and I’m thrilled to share it with you.

P.S. I have this vivid memory of getting a chocolate candy bar in grade school and saving it so I could share it with my 4 sisters at home. I just received the Hard Cover cookbook & it is outstanding.
I noticed that their was also a spiral edition.
Is the print the same size on both books?
If the Spiral cookbook is a little larger print, it would be easier to read. I’m a senior . Would you please let me know so I know whether to keep this book or exchange it with Amazon for a larger print.

I have used your cookbook many times and have recommended your delightful website/videos to many friends since finding and following it shortly after my retirement a year ago. I like that I can meal prep several meals with variations, I.E. chicken parm and chicken schnitzel from 4 large breasts. For my husband and I that translates to 2 meals of each, which I freeze one meal of each! Efficient use of my time and $$$! Your videos are entertaining and very easy to follow and I get consistently great results. After many years working as a nurse ……I am re-igniting my love of cooking! Last note……..since using your marinara recipe, as you said….. I have not purchased jar sauce. It is such a simple upgrade! sooooo…..when is your next book coming out?

I decided to make your Shepard’s Pie recipe after watching your video. I printed out the recipe only to find it was not the way you made it in your youTube video.
