What People are Saying…
“Delicious and simple recipes”
“My husband and I were anticipating the arrival of Natasha’s cookbook. Because of her delicious recipes we stopped eating out as much. The recipes are simple and don’t require a whole lot of “hard to find” ingredients. Today we cooked three recipes to mealprep, the whole chicken, the mushroom chicken, and the restaurant-tasting mashed potatoes. I promise you won’t regret getting this cookbook. There has not been a recipe I’ve tried that my hubby and I have not loved. God bless you always!” – Keyla
“EVERYONE loved them”
“I absolutely love this cook book. I just made the Blueberry Crumb Muffins and they were quite possibly the best blueberry cakes I ever made. EVERYONE loved them-made fresh and served warm right out of the oven or the next day-if there were any left. Natasha, you have a gift for creating the most delicious, easy, and versatile dishes.” – Maureen
“Where do I begin!!”
“From the moment I opened this beautiful and long-awaited cookbook, I couldn’t put it down! I literally spent three hours reading every single page. I was fully committed and absorbed in the precious stories and family memories that caused me to tear up more than once (especially the one about how her and Vadim met). I felt like I knew Natasha and her family members personally and the way she weaved those memories and stories with the recipes was incredibly sweet. I have made many recipes in this book, but now beyond excited to get busy trying all the others! Congratulations and God bless you and your family….so very proud of you!!” – Karen L.
“FANTASTIC!!”
“I’m so happy to receive Natasha’s cookbook and I am blown away at how beautiful it is! This is a very nice hefty hard-bound cookbook. Its pages are filled with beautiful photos for each recipe and it is very well written and put together. There’s TONS of recipes in here! I’ve already made three of Natasha’s recipes from the book and my family loved every bite. The recipes are easy to follow and the print is just right. I’m going to be using this cookbook for a very long time. I can’t tell you enough how wonderful it really is! Don’t hesitate! Just get one! You will love it like I do.” – Alicia H.

Corrections:
Despite having an entire team proofread the book many times over, a couple of things slipped through the cracks. Thank you for reporting these to me! Corrections will be made in the next printing:
- French Onion Soup on pg. 120 – Step 5: Once the stock and seasonings are in the pot, partially cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Watch the Video Tutorial.
- Index – Fettuccini Alfredo is on pg 132 (not 152)

I got a recipe for chicken scampi pasta on my notifications on FaceBook , the video looks yummy, but when I went on on your website the recipe and the video does not match that video. Help please !
NatashasKitchen.com
Hi Felicia. It’s the same recipe. The video on the website is a longer version whereas the video on Facebook is a reel with short clips of the recipe. You can find the full recipe for Chicken Scampi here.

I absolutely love you and this cookbook! The pages are already dog-eared and stained because I use it so often! I want to bring to your attention that in the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich recipe description ( pg 172) the last line is incorrect. It is the last line in the Baked Teriyaki Salmon recipe. Thought you might want to correct it for the next edition! Thank you for inspiring and teaching me how to be a better cook!
NatashasKitchen.com
Hi Elizabeth. Thank you so much. I’m so glad you’re enjoying the recipes. We caught that error but unfortunately it was too late. But it did get corrected for the reprints. Thank you for letting me know. I would love it if you leave a review for the book wherever you purchase the book from, it would mean so much.

Why do you appear to use unsalted butter in recipes as opposed to salted butter? Can I substitute salted butter instead?
NatashasKitchen.com
Using unsalted allows more control over the salt level. If you use salted, you will need to adjust or omit the salt called for in a recipe.
Jill Donaghue
Hi Natasha
Your pulled pork recipe looks great .
My pork roast is just 4 pounds.
Do I adjust the cooking time in the crock pot or the marinate added?
Thank you
Natashas Kitchen
Hi Jill, you may need to adjust it to ensure its not over or under done, it may be best to check the meat for doneness with a thermometer.
Linda

Natasha’s cookbook is a game-changer in the world of home cooking. Filled with delicious and easy-to-follow recipes, this cookbook has quickly become a staple in my kitchen.
One of the things I love most about Natasha’s cookbook is the variety of recipes it offers. From hearty comfort food like lasagna and chicken pot pie to light and refreshing salads, there is something for everyone in this book. The recipes are also incredibly easy to follow, with clear and concise instructions that make cooking a breeze.
But what truly sets Natasha’s cookbook apart is the emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients. Natasha encourages readers to use seasonal produce and high-quality meats and seafood, resulting in dishes that are not only delicious but also nutritious.
Overall, Natasha’s cookbook is a must-have for anyone who loves to cook. The recipes are diverse, the instructions are easy to follow, and the emphasis on fresh ingredients sets this book apart from the rest.
