What People are Saying…
“Delicious and simple recipes”
“My husband and I were anticipating the arrival of Natasha’s cookbook. Because of her delicious recipes we stopped eating out as much. The recipes are simple and don’t require a whole lot of “hard to find” ingredients. Today we cooked three recipes to mealprep, the whole chicken, the mushroom chicken, and the restaurant-tasting mashed potatoes. I promise you won’t regret getting this cookbook. There has not been a recipe I’ve tried that my hubby and I have not loved. God bless you always!” – Keyla
“EVERYONE loved them”
“I absolutely love this cook book. I just made the Blueberry Crumb Muffins and they were quite possibly the best blueberry cakes I ever made. EVERYONE loved them-made fresh and served warm right out of the oven or the next day-if there were any left. Natasha, you have a gift for creating the most delicious, easy, and versatile dishes.” – Maureen
“Where do I begin!!”
“From the moment I opened this beautiful and long-awaited cookbook, I couldn’t put it down! I literally spent three hours reading every single page. I was fully committed and absorbed in the precious stories and family memories that caused me to tear up more than once (especially the one about how her and Vadim met). I felt like I knew Natasha and her family members personally and the way she weaved those memories and stories with the recipes was incredibly sweet. I have made many recipes in this book, but now beyond excited to get busy trying all the others! Congratulations and God bless you and your family….so very proud of you!!” – Karen L.
“FANTASTIC!!”
“I’m so happy to receive Natasha’s cookbook and I am blown away at how beautiful it is! This is a very nice hefty hard-bound cookbook. Its pages are filled with beautiful photos for each recipe and it is very well written and put together. There’s TONS of recipes in here! I’ve already made three of Natasha’s recipes from the book and my family loved every bite. The recipes are easy to follow and the print is just right. I’m going to be using this cookbook for a very long time. I can’t tell you enough how wonderful it really is! Don’t hesitate! Just get one! You will love it like I do.” – Alicia H.

Corrections:
Despite having an entire team proofread the book many times over, a couple of things slipped through the cracks. Thank you for reporting these to me! Corrections will be made in the next printing:
- French Onion Soup on pg. 120 – Step 5: Once the stock and seasonings are in the pot, partially cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Watch the Video Tutorial.
- Index – Fettuccini Alfredo is on pg 132 (not 152)

Natasha, I just opened my box with your cookbook in it and I have purchased cookbooks my whole married life *38 years and I have to share how impressed I was with the quality of this hard cover cook book for the price I paid on Amazon!!! The colors are just beautiful and just holding this cook book of all of your recipes, I am beyond excited to crack it open. I am sharing my delight BEFORE I have even looked inside. I have been a cook and baker my whole life. I am half Italian and my Italian relatives owned a restaurant so my father was a fabulous cook. My mother was half French and Irish and she was a fabulous cook and baker. Even so your recipes have inspired me and it all started with your pizza dough. I FINALLY found an incredible pizza when I found you and your pizza dough. Love and God’s Blessings Rita 🙂

Anne
Hello, I’m half Czech and my Czech grandmother was the best cook. Sadly, I didn’t get any of her authentic recipes from her homeland. I saw your Eastern European recipes and was curious because many recipes are similar to my grandmother’s cooking. Are some Czech, or do Eastern Europe countries share the same recipes? One recipe I can’t find was my grandmother’s and it was chicken paprika-ish. It was delicious and creamy! Do you have a recipe like that? Nothing beats true home cooking!
NatashasKitchen.com
Hi Anne! I do not have a recipe for that, I’m sorry. Yes, some recipes are shared across countries but the methods or ingredients may differ making them a different version, not quite the same. I hope you are able to find some that you enjoy.
Teri
I truly love to watch you when you post your recipes on Pinterest. I love your videos they are so entertaining. Your expressions are priceless. Wish I could cook with you. I’m Italian and love cooking for my family and friends.

Hello Natasha, I’d just like to ask that you make your cookbook recipes more easily accessible to the non US audience with metric measurements please. It is currently very cumbersome to continually make conversions, plus they could end up erroneous. If you do, I’d buy the next one!
NatashasKitchen.com
Hi Sheryl! Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately we were limited on space and could not include this in the current cookbook along with US customary measurements. It will be up to the publisher if the current cookbook can be translated into other languages and also made to include metric measurements for those areas of the world where this is their measuring system. I hope to be able to include metric measurements in our next cookbook.
Beth
Hi! We bought your cookbook recently and it’s such a treasure. We have quite a few Ukrainian refugees in our area, and we’d like to start cooking more traditional dishes to learn about Ukrainian culture and cuisine and eventually would like to invite some in to share a meal. I also loved reading about you and your family’s story in the beginning of the book – thanks for sharing. Xx
NatashasKitchen.com
Thank you for sharing that, Beth!
Tom
Do you have gluten-free recipes for Celiac people?
NatashasKitchen.com
Hi Tom. I don’t have recipes using GF flours and products but I have a category of recipe that do not contain gluten. You can find it in the diet section from the recipe menu above undergluten free.

You had a recipe we loved but can no longer find on this site or in your cookbook. It had tuna, red onion, chickpeas, avocado, tomato, ollive oil, lemon juice, cucumber, I think. It was our family favorite. Can you please post ? We cannot get the proportions right. Thank you so much!
NatashasKitchen.com
Hi Judy! Are you thinking of my Chickpea saladrecipe? We use chicken, but you can use tuna as well.
Rose Guindon
