What People are Saying…

“Delicious and simple recipes”

“My husband and I were anticipating the arrival of Natasha’s cookbook. Because of her delicious recipes we stopped eating out as much. The recipes are simple and don’t require a whole lot of “hard to find” ingredients. Today we cooked three recipes to mealprep, the whole chicken, the mushroom chicken, and the restaurant-tasting mashed potatoes. I promise you won’t regret getting this cookbook. There has not been a recipe I’ve tried that my hubby and I have not loved. God bless you always!” – Keyla

“EVERYONE loved them”

“I absolutely love this cook book. I just made the Blueberry Crumb Muffins and they were quite possibly the best blueberry cakes I ever made. EVERYONE loved them-made fresh and served warm right out of the oven or the next day-if there were any left. Natasha, you have a gift for creating the most delicious, easy, and versatile dishes.” – Maureen

“Where do I begin!!”

“From the moment I opened this beautiful and long-awaited cookbook, I couldn’t put it down! I literally spent three hours reading every single page. I was fully committed and absorbed in the precious stories and family memories that caused me to tear up more than once (especially the one about how her and Vadim met). I felt like I knew Natasha and her family members personally and the way she weaved those memories and stories with the recipes was incredibly sweet. I have made many recipes in this book, but now beyond excited to get busy trying all the others! Congratulations and God bless you and your family….so very proud of you!!” – Karen L.

“FANTASTIC!!”

“I’m so happy to receive Natasha’s cookbook and I am blown away at how beautiful it is! This is a very nice hefty hard-bound cookbook. Its pages are filled with beautiful photos for each recipe and it is very well written and put together. There’s TONS of recipes in here! I’ve already made three of Natasha’s recipes from the book and my family loved every bite. The recipes are easy to follow and the print is just right. I’m going to be using this cookbook for a very long time. I can’t tell you enough how wonderful it really is! Don’t hesitate! Just get one! You will love it like I do.” – Alicia H.

Corrections:

Despite having an entire team proofread the book many times over, a couple of things slipped through the cracks. Thank you for reporting these to me! Corrections will be made in the next printing:

  • French Onion Soup on pg. 120 – Step 5: Once the stock and seasonings are in the pot, partially cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Watch the Video Tutorial.
  • Index – Fettuccini Alfredo is on pg 132 (not 152)

Dear Natasha, I preordered your book back in 2023. But never received it. I’ve since became very low carbs and sugar but I can change to low carbs within your recipes. I know it’s been a few years. But I love your shows and you on YouTube. Would you have a record of my payment.

    • NatashasKitchen.com

Hi Eileen! I’m sorry that you never received your book. I do not manage any of the sales, you would have to contact the vendor directly from whom you purchased it. I would look for an email confirmation or maybe your bank statement for reference.

I love this cookbook and every recipe I try is excellent. I am working my way through it. Last night was the Amazing Lasagna and it is truly AMAZING as the title states! It was my first time making lasagna w/o jarred sauce and I was skeptical, but it was soooo yummy! I like easy to follow, simple recipes and that is what is in this book! They are also all very tasty and will be made again and again! Love and really enjoy your cooking videos on your website too! 🙂

I wanted to let Natasha know how much I appreciate her web page and her new cookbook! The cookbook is beautiful. I love how she wants EVERYONE’S food to turn out great with all her pro tips and helps. I also enjoy reading her personal messages. She is my go to for meals. I use to follow ATK but their recipe’s are too complex and very time consuming. I am soo glad I found Natasha’s web site and have become a huge fan. I don’t normally reply or write things but I can’t thank her enough for sharing her talents with us. I am a mom of six kids and am always looking for quick and easy meals to feed them that they will like. I can’t wait for her next cookbook!

    • Natashas Kitchen

I’m so happy you love our recipes! Thank you so much for the fantastic review and your encouraging words. I am smiling big reading your comment, Silene!

I am a retired old guy. My wife who is a terrific cook leaves me alone a month or two a year so I have had to learn to cook a little. She mostly makes up things so no recipes exist. I need recipes. Tried the New York Times and wash post recipes. Way to hard with ingredients i never heard of. Looked up chocolate frosting on line to put on wife’s angel food cake for her birthday. (she orders it every year) and found Natasha. It was best we ever had! Tried a couple of others. They were so good I purchased the cookbook. They are simple with ingredients we have and the food tastes like magic for the old guy. BUY THIS BOOK!

    • NatashasKitchen.com

Hi Willis! Thank you so much for the wonderful review. I’m so glad you’re enjoying my cookbook.

Hi Leah! Thank you so much! I’m so happy you’re enjoying and using the cookbook. If you get a moment, it would be helpful if you could leave a review for the cookbook where you purchased it (Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc).

  • charlene hupp

Natasha not about the book, In regards to the fish tacos cremona, instead of fresh lime can you use or have you ever used lime condensed powder? Bought it at the asian market.
I am not fond of all those crazy cheeses, i am a basic cheese girl. provolone, mild cheddar, parmesan, mozzarella, american, kraft deli cheese, velveeta, colby, colby jack, cheddar these are the ones i will eat. I do not like strong flavored cheese. What does queso blanco cheese taste like, is it a strong flavored, asking bc i want to make your fish tacos and put a lil bit cheese on top.

Also 25 years ago my ex sil made egg rolls at my home and it was a lesson to me from her.

She used most of what you used, but also dried mushrooms instead of fresh. I’m not sure on sauces she used, soy, maybe fish sauce, sesame oil. Wish i remembered for sure.

    Does fish sauce taste fishy?

Appreciate any help you can give.
I just joined your site an scrolled through a lot and really like what all you have posted.
When is your next print for your book?

Only asking bc i live off $1000 a month, this is all i have coming in and its social security. And if a print will be sometime this year i would way to wait so i don’t buy one and then soon a new print came out. Have to watch how i spend my only source of income goes.

Thankyou and i’m sorry this is so long.🙏👍😊

    • Natasha’s Kitchen

Hi there! I have not tested using lime condensed powder to advise. Queso blanco has a mild fresh cheese with a light, milky, and slightly tangy flavor. It’s not strong or sharp like aged cheeses or cheddar cheese.

  • Nancy Angelo

Is there any chance you will be coming out with a looseleaf type cover? I prefer a cookbook that stays open in place while I’m making something.

    • NatashasKitchen.com

Hi Nancy! Unfortunately not, but thank you for the suggestion.

  • Camelia Tifui

    Hello Natasha,

I hope that you had a great Easter celebrations with your amazing family.

I bought your cookbook a while ago but I have hard time to look for a recipe in the index, under a certain letter there are different recipes that are not starting with that letter…There is something that I am missing from my searches ? How this index was designed to work for easily finding a recipe ?

I appreciate your response as well your amazing recipes that are 100%succesful all the time! And so delicious!

    Thank you so much

    Camelia

    • Natasha Kravchuk

HI Camelia, the index is organized by the recipe name or by the type of recipe it is – for example, if it is a soup, start looking for soup and then you will find it under the soup category. It’s also listed by the name of the recipe, for example zuppa toscana is listed under soups as well as under Z for zuppa. I hope that heps.

  • Salma Gharib

    Hello Natasha,
I adore your all your recipes whether they’re chicken, pasta or chocolate.. well anything really.

    • Natasha’s Kitchen

Hi Salma, thank you for sharing that with me. I’m glad you’re enjoying my recipes! You can try the Amazon link in the post if it you can order the cookbook.

  • Kathy Kegans Johnson

My book is correct and I got it on Amazon this month. The price was less than Thriftbooks, my other book source. It is so worth either price. I actually did away with cookbooks, except for one when we lived in a 5th Wheel for six years. At that time, I lost all my handwritten recipes from my grandmothers, mom, aunts and cousins. It did not make it into the packing. My husband thought that we could get all recipes online. However, having Natasha’s picture, family pictures stories and a collection to peruse is fantastic!

  • Milagros Uribe L.
