Hi Jenny! Thank you for reaching out. This is up to my publisher. I am working with them to get the book pushed to other markets and get the book converted to the metric system in those locations. I don’t have any further information on that as of now.

Hi Jenny, due to space considerations in ingredient lists, we will not be putting metric measurements in the US version of the cookbook. However, if we have the book sold in Europe or other territories (hopefully!), the book should have metric measurements for those areas. Most cookbooks in the US (except for maybe baking books) do not have metric measurements because of limited space on a page.
