Despite having an entire team proofread the book many times over, a couple of things slipped through the cracks. Thank you for reporting these to me! Corrections will be made in the next printing:
- French Onion Soup on pg. 120 – Step 5: Once the stock and seasonings are in the pot, partially cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Watch the Video Tutorial.

Great news about your book very pleased for you .. I have a question do you make DVD’s for us to buy as i’m more for the visual for following a recipe i seem to take it in more than reading it from a book the only thing that would have to be read with a DVD would be a leaflet which lists ingredients for the dishes thats listed on the DVD cos the method would be visual …. sorry its just a suggestion … take care x
