    Love watching your videos Not only does your recipes look good but you have a great personality for your videos I have just joined and today I tried to make your apple pie .It looks ok but haven’t tasted it yet The cups and the Fahrenheit held me back as I had to check everything.I am from Ireland but live in France but my language skills are not so good either .Enjoy all your videos and hope to try a few more .

    I am Popi and I am from Cyprus ( Greek island in the Mediterranean). I love every single recipe you have. My husband is born and raised in Chicago from Greek originate parents and he is really missing food from there…so I tried your Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich… he LOVED IT.     I recently tried your cream puff recipe. Afraid it was a disaster. The dough looked good but did not stand up in peeks so didn’t rise. Wonder if converting quantities from USA to UK was the problem although I followed the conversions given.

    You mentioned recently that you had a problem with cutting up onions, made your eyes watery.
    I have found that Vadalia onions from Georgia does solve this problem. But they are seasonal. They do work and are delicious.
