The Kitchen Tour (See Video Below):

We designed our beautiful white kitchen to be super functional, stewing over all the details from the subway tile, to the two-tone quartz counters and even placement of the outlets. I’m so happy with the way it turned out and have no regrets. This is absolutely my dream kitchen and I thank God for it every day. Cooking in this space feels like cooking in a Food Network kitchen and it’s in our very own house (still pinching myself)!

I am interested in your ideas for a very small pantry/linen closet. I’m in a studio and limited space. Thanks for any help.

Really love watching your YouTube channel. I just started to bake/cook at age of 59. I in the past just did very simple dishes and my wife did the rest. Now I got huge bonus points from wife. Your character and charisma is awesome. KEEP THAT UP. You’re a ball of joy to watch.

Hi Natasha, love your farmhouse kitchen! Looks beautiful, practical and has everything you need. My favorite bar stools are the Serena and lily riviera rattan and you can find them cheaper on Amazon. Ive had them for 3 yrs with young kids, youths, adults all sitting on them and not only they are sturdy but go well with farmhouse look. Hope that helps. May the Lord continue to Bless you!

Your cupboards on the bar stool side have brown trays on them. Do these slide out?

Hi Evelyn, they are removable but don’t slide out. We store things down there that we don’t remove often as well as our filming equipment so we wanted big open shelves behind the island.

I wonder how big your pendant lights are? I also have a 10ft island but am not sure what size would be best.

I recommend Restoration Hardware for barstools. I got mine there and you custom make them to you colors, fabrics, etc. They are very durable and high quality.

Amazon sells bamboo drawer dividers that will organize those huge drawers and makes it so much neater. I Love mine too!

Thank you for sharing and keep on please! I would Love more videos.

      Hi Natasha!
I love your helpful website, and fun posts!
I’m planning my future kitchen and have a question re: the small appliances you show set up in the butlers pantry. I love the idea of having those items set up out of sight but wonder how practical it would be. I imagine moving them out to use would be a bit cumbersome. Do you actually take ingredients over to the mixer, blender or food processor to use them in place? How does it end up working for you? I trust your tried and true opinion 🙂
Thank you for any reply and all that you do!

I bring things to the kitchen for filming but otherwise I use them mostly in the butlers pantry. In that case, keep in mind you will want some counter space, say when using the stand mixer.

      Hi Natasha,
I have a question: I have been told by the quartz countertop salesman that the problem with quartz is that it burns with heat, meaning one cannot put a hot pot on it. Has it been a problem or a bother to you? Do you have to be super cautious not to hurt it/burn it? Thanks so much in advance.

Hi, I always use a hot pad no matter what surface it is because I’m cautious so I haven’t had any issues with doing that. I haven’t heard that for the type of quarts we have. It’s supposed to be one of the strongest stones and they may vary by the type of quartz? I really don’t have any expertise in this area to give a recommendation, just my own experience.

I don’t know where those are at this point. I remember the grey on my walls was called Seattle by frasse (I think that’s the right spelling?).

Calacatta Quartz comes in a few variations such as Calacatta gold, Calacutta Laza and so forth. Would you please ask your designer specifically which is yours? I love the minimal ‘veins’ and was wondering which it could be.
              Your kitchen is gorgeous.

Love your kitchen. It’s beautiful! 🙂 We are remodeling our kitchen and thinking to get that farmhouse sink. Since you have it does it scratches and stains easily? I’m cooking and washing the dishes a few times a day and want to get something that I wouldn’t be stressed about lol
