Enjoy our first-ever Q&A video from Natasha’s Kitchen! We’re answering all of your burning questions or as many of them as we could. There were literally thousands of questions that came in on Youtube and Instagram. If we missed your question, please ask in the comments below and I will do my best to answer.

We sure enjoyed filming this video and I hope you enjoyed watching it. It’s probably also the longest video we’ve ever shared. If you have any future video requests, please let me know in the comments.

If you are new here, you’ll enjoy the posts below to learn more about us.

    The Dream Kitchen Tour

Here is the video kitchen tour that we did when we first bought our dream home. Enjoy taking a peek in our drawers and cabinets to see what we keep in our dream kitchen and how we stay organized.

    Pantry Tour

Every working kitchen needs a great pantry. We love our pantry 100 times more now that it is organized. Check out our video pantry tour and you’ll get inspired to organize your own. We also included the before and after photos.

    Refrigerator Tour

Keeping the refrigerator organized reduces waste because things are less likely to be forgotten in the back of the fridge. It also helps with inspiration, and ideas to make your cooking less stressful and more fun. Enjoy the video refrigerator tour to see what we stock in the refrigerator.

      Hi Natasha!
I asked a question about a week or two ago and now I can’t find it. Anyway, I asked you about some homemade chicken broth. I boil two chicken thighs for our sweet dog to feed him but I am wondering if I can use the broth from boiling the thighs for other things such as chicken soup or other recipes that call for broth. Thank you for your reply. BTW, I love your recipes and your new cookbook. My daughter bought it for me for Christmas.

Hi Cindy! The comment can be found on the recipe blog that you posted it on. I don’t see why you couldn’t be able to use the left over broth in recipes that call for broth. However, for a more flavored broth, I would reference my Chicken stock bone broth recipe.

I hope you’re loving the cookbook.

Hey Natasha! Ever since I started cooking/baking, I’ve been using quite a few of your recipes and they came out perfect! But I do have one question for the cheesecakes. I don’t know what it is that I’m doing or not doing, but I’m not quite able to take a slice off of the cake pan without the crust falling apart. Any tips?

Hi Daryn. The crust needs to be pressed really firmly into the pan to help ensure it sticks together! Also, make sure you are measuring the ingredients correctly and using the right amount of butter/graham cracker crumbs.

      Hello Natasha,
Kudos for the website and the recipes!
Would it be possible to add a “Favourite” section or button so we can get our individualized favourite recipes at a glance? That’d be so practical for some of us 🙂

Is it possible to make creme brûlée in one big dish rather than ramekins.

Hi Eleanor, I haven’t tried that myself, but I imagine with some tweaking that may work. If you experiment, let me know how you liked the recipe

Made the ham with the apricot preserves. Absolutely the best ham with everyone raving about it. My daughter made it with the peach jam we made this summer. Everyone loved it.
