Been trying to find a soup recipe from olive garden chicken and gnocchi soup (think thats how u spell it) did you by any chance know how to make it.. if you ever tried it.. (becuase i see u have zuppa tascana soup)
To be honest, I’ve never ordered that soup before. I’ll have to try it next time I go to Olive Garden! Sorry, I don’t have that recipe yet.

So, I hear you talking about freezing soups.. Can you share the experience? How do you freeze? In what container, that is? and what is thawing process like, just put in fridge overnight? THANKS.
You can get the freezer safe tupperware and just leave a little space at the top since it will expand slightly as it freezes. Yes, thaw in the fridge overnight. 🙂

I am looking for a borsch recipe for canning in my pressure canner. Can you help?
To be honest, I’ve never canned borsch before. I’m not sure it has enough salt or acidity to stay preserved on the shelf. I just have my regular borsch recipes that work if you freeze them or refrigerate but I just haven’t tested canning them so I can’t really say with certainty that it will work. Sorry, I know that’s not super helpful.

I’ve made it before but never posted a recipe. I am trying to figure out how to make a healthier version. I’ve been experimenting with broccoli soup this past week and it’s still a work in progress. I’m almost there 😉
