At the end of a really long day, it’s so hard to find time and motivation to cook, so I compiled this list of One Pan Recipes to answer the age old question of “what’s for dinner?” These low stress one-dish, one-pan, one-pot wonders will put a little pep in your step knowing that you won’t have a huge pile of dishes following you. We always consider the dish factor and the best kind of cleanup is minimal clean up!
These one pan recipes are creative, highly desirable and un-intimidating so you can kick the temptation to eat out in the pants! There’s such a lovely variety of foods here for every craving; from Italian to Mexican, chicken to kielbasa and even salmon!

Hi Natasha! We love your recipes too. BUT! Any chance that you have some low fat or lower calorie ones to suggest? We have to lose some of this stay at home weight!
Hi Pauline, we have tons but since we have about a thousand recipes, it would be difficult to guess what your preferences are. I suggest searching our recipe archive through the categories and we have some diet categories as well.
Hi Natasha!
I love trying your recipes.
Do you have any suggestions on spaghetti squash? I made it for the first time last night with an Italian-ish sauce.
I’m looking for something different but with ingredients that are easy to find.
I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Hi Nanette, I have not tested that so I cannot advise. Thank you for that suggestion though, I’ll have to add it to my list.
I am trying to find your recipe for Cheesy Mushroom Chicken that has chicken, spinach, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, green onion cream cheese and mozzarella. I made it last night and it had a bunch of juice when I cut it. Just wondering what I did wrong. I did let it sit for 10 minutes, as per the recipe.
Hi Norma, can you share a link to which recipe you are referring to – I’m not sure I have what you described on my blog. Thank you!
That’s the problem…I can’t find the link and I’ve looked all through NatashasKitchen. I got the recipe from Facebook – even watched her video. I’ve tried Cheesy Mushroom Chicken and Cheesy Chicken Mushroom. I’m not sure if it was in the 15 one pan dinners; I just saw it in Facebook.
Hi Norma, it’s very likely it was someone else’s video and recipe. I don’t have anything on my blog like what you described.
Is it the cheesy stuffed spinach chicken breast? I made it last week and it was amazing.
I’m glad you enjoyed that!
I am trying to find the cauliflower & chicken bake video on ‘facebook on Tuesday 8 October and want the recipe
