You’re welcome, I hope it becomes a hit!
Thank you so much for showing the small tips and tricks! I loved watching your tuna avocado salad video and the way you pitted the avocado. I’ve always struggled getting the seed out and finally learned how to! Thank you
My pleasure! Thank you Em, I’m happy to hear you find those helpful and entertaining! 😀
Hi Natasha,
This question is for perfect Vanilla cupcakes. I was not able to add a comment in that section under the recipe. How ahead can I make these cupcakes and freeze? Does the frosting be prepared on the day of the party ?
Please help.
Thanks,
Kiran
Hi Kiran, I haven’t tried freezing them so I can’t say for sure, but I imagine it would work fine. If it helps, you can make and frost the cupcakes a few days before your event then cover and refrigerate and they will be just as good. The frosting pipes on the prettiest when it is piped fresh versus refrigerated. It will still look good, but it looks best freshly piped.
Thank you so much Natasha!
I will follow your suggestions.
Do you think refrigerating them is better than freezing? I want to just freeze the cupcakes as I do not have enough space in the refrigerator as it’s stocked up with other appetizers and main course.
I am planning to do the frosting in the morning on the day of party.
Thank you,
Kiran
Hi Kiran, I think it would work fine to freeze the baked cupcakes.
Thank you! Natasha
Now I can go ahead and freeze them with your approval. Peace of mind:)
Natasha,
Somehow I am not able to add comment for the perfect Vanilla cupcakes recipe.
Can I use this recipe and bake in loaf pan? If so, at what temperature and how long should bake it?
Hi Kiran, I haven’t experimented it that way so I am not able to provide you with exact baking times. You can make the full batch in a 9″ cake pan so I’m assuming a loaf pan would work. I don’t recall anyone trying it that way though. Sorry I can’t be more specific or helpful.
I like how you put it in a plate so neatly. My kids love orange but they hate pilling them so I’m sure if I’ll cut them 3 ways they will be gone fast
Thank you Vicki 😀. Oranges are not the easiest for kids to peal so this way they are more likely to gobble them up 😋.
Funny, I was making ur soup today, saw my 2 bags of oranges and was thinking man I wish she had a recipe for those, then I remember orange juice is too easy for a recipe hehe. And here we are with a video. Lol, thanks it was perfect timing ! I notice sofia loves when I cut fruit for her 🙂
Ha ha that is awesome!! I love when perfect timing happens 🙂 Thanks Anna!
How neat. Oranges are one of my favorite fruits. So happy they’re in season now here in Florida.
I really love the way you guys make your videos!
Thank you Jenny for that sweet compliment! It really means alot to us 🙂 You’re so nice!
What brand knife you use on your kitchen? Would you recommend something?
Hi Kate, this is the knife set that I currently use. My Mom has the Zwilling knives and since we live with my parents temporarilly, I often reach for her set so sometimes you’ll see those in my photos lately 🙂
