Writing this book has been one of the hardest, most exciting, and fun things I’ve ever done, and I’m thrilled to share it with you.

P.S. I have this vivid memory of getting a chocolate candy bar in grade school and saving it so I could share it with my 4 sisters at home. Natasha, we just cooked the Tuscan Salmon, what a hit!!! This recipe is absolutely fantastic!! Easy, quick, delicious. May well be our “go to” salmon favorite. By the way, this looks like a good sauce base for other adaptations. I want to try it with shrimp for example. Thanks for all you do to help “non-cook” guys like me come up with great meals at home. Hi Natasha! Well I did a slight variation of the Tuscan Salmon and it is EXCELLENT! Substituted two pounds of shrimp for the salmon and added a large can of mushrooms. Not sure what to call it, but it is GREAT! How about “Natasha’s Tuscan Shrimp”?

Also, I have a “print” option on the recipe card of each recipe. You can definitely print whichever recipe you love and add it to a binder to create a collection of your favorites.
