This is a quick and easy stir fry recipe that comes together in 30 minutes. It’s perfect for busy weeknights, plus it’s lighter and healthier than takeout! Takeout is often dripping with sweet, salty and oily sauces but this 4-ingredient sauce is light and so flavorful.

This stir fry was shared by my friend Love of Munchkintime.com (check out her blog!!) and it has been a reader favorite ever since! We’ve created a video so more folks can discover this amazing recipe. P.S. You can easily make this a gluten free stir fry by using gluten free soy sauce.

Another amazing recipe. The sauce was indeed amazing – just a perfect balance of flavors. My husband ate half of it right away 🙂 Definitely we are adding it to our “Family favorite dishes”.

We cooked this the other evening and it was lovely! I thoroughly enjoyed it despite me being a fussy eater… We cut out the ketchup and the mushrooms but it was still delicious. Reply

I’m actually allergic to mushrooms but really want to make this recipe. Is there anything you would recommend that I could use instead of mushrooms? Reply

Everyone in our family loved this and that’s saying a lot because my husband is a picky eater. Only thing he told me to do was use pork because he likes pork and add some garlic. I just love all your recipes! Reply
