Caesar Pasta Salad Recipe:
This salad has all the creamy goodness of a classic Caesar salad but is so much more exciting with the addition of pasta, avocado and tomatoes
This caesar pasta salad will fill you up and keep you feeling good! It’s also a great dish to take to a potluck, just keep the croutons separate until ready to serve.
Ingredients for Caesar Pasta Salad:
1 large or 2 medium heads of romaine lettuce
1/2 lb fusilli pasta, cooked al dente according to package instructions
1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
Grated parmesan cheese, to taste
Caesar Dressing (Marzetti is our favorite storebought brand) and Croutons.
Optional add-ins:
Sliced Grilled chicken, Shrimp
How to Make Caesar Pasta Salad:
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions then rinse in cold water and drain.
2. Rinse, chop and spin the romaine lettuce dry using a salad spinner (Amazon affiliate link). If you don’t have a salad spinner, pat dry with a clean towel.
Cook’s Tip: The dressing will coat the salad much better if the lettuce isn’t wet. Transfer lettuce to a large mixing bowl. Toss in the diced avocado and halved tomatoes.
3. Creamy Caesar Dressing to really boost the flavor of this salad. It’s so creamy and good! Toss to evenly coat the lettuce. Add the dressing to taste. Sprinkle with parmesan and croutons. Yum. Yum

Hi Natasha
I am from India and accidentally came across your site.
I love your site. I had written to you on your baby’s arrival and though I am not good at writing comments…I am really so thrilled today. It is you who has given me the confidence to make lovely cakes and salads.
Everyone loved it. I made this salad today for Easter lunch along with Mimosa Salad and Chocolate Spartak Cake.
Also in Jan for my hubby’s bday I made Beet and Pomegranate Kaleidoscope Salad & Almond Nutella Cake and for my daughters Bday Strawberry Layer Cake Recipe and another salad.
I always altered a few ingredients due to their accessibility, (like here I made chicken mince slightly cooked instead of tuna, but all due credit to your recipes and also the way you give step by step recipe that I as a beginner have excelled and have got rave reviews for the things I made.
Thank you so much Natasha. I love you for what you are. THANK YOU.
I recd great reviews from mum-in-law especially which is a bonus coz she is a great cook.
Love you….
Eliza

The Coleslaw Salad Dressing would be awesome to use on a Greek Style salad.
I think this dressing would be great to try, since I am a very picky ranch dressing person. Thanks for the new ideas Natasha!
I would use this dressing in garden salads instead of ranch dressing
This dressing sounds awesome- no preservatives, MSG, or artificial colors! I definitelty want to try it on my salads!
Looks delicious! I never thought to put pasta in a Caesar salad. I will definitely have to try this with the Marzetti dressing.
