Cranberry Pineapple Punch is crisp, refreshing, and super enjoyable. It’s also very pretty, which is important when you want to jazz things up for the holidays. The cranberries in this holiday punch absolutely sparkle next to the fresh lime.

Oh and one more thing: this Christmas punch is totally easy; like add and stir.

This Sparkling Cranberry Pineapple Punch was made possible by the one and only Dole. Their pineapple juice is known on the street as the “King of Juices™.” It’s kind of like going to Hawaii and squeezing the juice out of a fresh ripe pineapple (minus the traveling and the squeezing). That’s the secret ingredient here: 100% DOLE® Canned Pineapple Juice!

This fizzy holiday punch has just the right amount of sweetness and is loved by grown ups and littles (my son’s favorite “soda”) so it’s perfect for any party. It works because lime goes well with cranberries and ginger goes well with pineapple but so do cranberries and lime – I might have done a little research in The Flavor Bible – cool tool by the way.

It’s so crisp and refreshing as a holiday punch! You’ll want to go ahead and make a double batch ;).

Ingredients for Christmas Cranberry Pineapple Punch:

Chilled ingredients work best to keep your punch cold and extra fizzy.

We used Dole Canned pineapple juice, Cranberry Juice Cocktail (any brand is ok) and Ginger Ale.

Fresh or frozen cranberries work well and the lime adds a great pop of color and compliments the cranberry very well. Cranberries keep well in the freezer for like a year #ForReals. I buy them during the holidays when they are on sale and freeze (because they disappear from stores soon after).

How to Make this Cranberry Pineapple Punch:

1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, stir together: 3 cups pineapple juice, 3 cups cranberry juice and 4 cups ginger ale.

2. Add ice, sliced lime, and cranberries. Stir gently to combine and serve to your favorite people.

3. Yeah, there is no step 3. I told you it was easy!

I made this for a work holiday party – everyone LOVED it! We were all joking that it was spiked because it was so good. The whole thing went, and multiple people asked for the recipe!

Hello! Looks delicious! Could I sub orange juice for the pineapple juice?

Jainy, feel free to omit and substitute those ingredients, the punch should still taste great. Let me know what you end up doing.

Very good punch! Not terribly sweet like party punches can be, and the pineapple flavor was a nice surprise (according to our guests). Used 100% cranberry juice instead of the “cocktail” and added 1/4 cup of simple syrup to adjust for sweetness, the rest of the recipe remained the same. Our guests enjoyed it very much, and it looked lovely with the red cranberries and green lime slices floating in the clear glass pitcher. Offered white rum on the side for those who wanted to spike it a little… or a lot!

Used natural, no added sugar cranberry and pineapple juice plus non-diet ginger ale. It was tart and almost cloudy. Emphasize sweet cranberry and pineapple.

Hi Pat, I suspect it was due to substitutions – I haven’t had that experience – it could be the product you used.

Can I use a Sherbet in it? If so, what would be the best flavor?

Hello! I was wondering, if I use Canada Dry Cranberry Ginger Ale, would I still use the same amount of Pineapple juice?

Hi Kimmy, I haven’t tested that so I’m not sure. I would suggest just adding it to taste.

hi there, I would add Ginger Ale right before serving and the rest can be prepared a day before. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for few days but the drink won’t be fizzy anymore. Hope this help 😀

It won’t if it will be added last before serving.

I usually make ice (or an ice ring like my mom made) from cranberry & pineapple juice mixed together.
That way the punch does not get diluted.

Vodka is usually added by the glass since there are kids at the family gatherings.
When no kids are present it depends on how much we make, but 1 jigger (1-1/2 ounce) for every 8 ounces of punch.
I have always used vodka, but have been told it would be good with rum.

Has anyone ever made this with the diet cranberry and diet ginger ale? I have a lot of friends on low carb diets or don’t like to drink all the sugar. Curious if it would still be good or if I should just make the regular version.
