How We Determined the Most Popular Recipes:
- Recipes with the most visitors (based on google analytics)
- Most viral recipes on Facebook (50 to 150 million views)
- Recipes with highest and most star ratings (see ratings below)
We’re seeing the same trends that we saw last year you seem to love the easy, healthy, family friendly and of course delicious recipes. Nearly every one of our most popular recipes was a video recipe which tells me you are loving the cooking videos.
We’re so excited that our YouTube cooking channel is growing faster than any other social platform (if you haven’t already, click to subscribe and click on the BELL icon to get weekly updates when we premier a new video). 2019 is going to be a fun year cooking in our new kitchen and I’m hoping to get some guest stars on the show this year. Good things are coming!

Hi Aly, I don’t have anything like that yet but I will be sure to share it if I come up with something great! 🙂
Hey I don’t know if anyone’s told you this yet, but I would love to have a Natasha’s Kitchen cookbook to flip through and not have to check my phone for the next step every time🙈 lol. I love your recipes and I haven’t tried all of them yet, but what I do is I print them out and then make them because having it all on one page to quickly glance at is so much more convenient.

Hello Natasha,
I found your blog while researching Lithuanian/Russian recipes since my grandparents immigrated to the U.S. from Lithuania around 1900. As you know, we’re big on pork, potatoes, cabbage and dairy! I think it’s important to maintain these treasured dishes as part of our culinary heritage, and my adult daughters, and now grandchildren, look forward to halupkies (cabbage rolls), potato kugel, kielbasa (yours is similar to my dad’s recipe–but he added lots of garlic!) etc. I will definitely try your borscht, my mother made it but I never liked her version. (Lithuanians also have a cold version of this soup, it is “Pepto Bismol” pink because sour cream is added at the end– nope, don’t like that either). I have tried several of your recipes and they turned out great. I’m looking forward to making some cabbage recipes you posted, as well as the apple charlotka. I love you blog because the recipes and directions are clear and easy to follow, the photography is great (love the videos!), and there’s not a lot of extra “verbage” before you get to the recipe. I’m looking forward to your 2019 postings. Blessings to you and your lovely family in this new year!
You’re so nice! Thank you, Alicia! I’m so happy you are enjoyed our blog and recipes!
Have a Healthy and Happy New Year Natasha and your family too!🎉🎉🎉
I can’t wait to see what you make this year! I’m always looking for quick breads to make for my parents. New kinds of cookies and bundt cakes too…just a suggestion though. I always bring treats over their house each week.
Have a wonderful rest of the week and weekend coming up! 😀
You’re so nice! Thank you! Happy New year!
WHERE ARE THE BLOOPERS?
Stay Tuned!

Could you do more vegetarian recipes ? Maybe something with tofu? I am really struggling to find some vegetarian dishes that could be considered as a main course.
Hi Olesya, I will definitely keep that in mind and thank you for the suggestion! For now, check out our vegetarian category (found under the RECIPES tab at the top) Hope that helps for now 🙂
