    That looks so good!😋 I have a question if I want to make it for Birthday dinner, how can I do the prep work? And do I bake it before ppl arrive? Or right before serving? So it’s still warm and good? I am hoping to finish everything by the time ppl arrive if that makes sence, would love your recommendation 🤗 Thank you! Reply

      Hi Nina, you can slice the salmon, arrange it on the baking sheet then cover with plastic and refrigerate. You can mix together the marinade in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate. 30 minutes before guests arrive, let salmon sit at room temp for 15 minutes while preheating the oven then top with the marinade and lemon slices and bake. Reply

    SO glad I found this recipe a few nights ago! I was to bring dinner to a neighbor who requires a heart healthy diet and the “go-to” creamy dill sauce or butter and lemon recipes were not going to cut it. They raved about this salmon! This recipe is so simple AND tasty, I went ahead and added asparagus to the pan before baking as well. Boiled wild rice with dried cranberries and pistachios… This one’s a winner! Leftovers the next day are great as well. Reply
