Writing this book has been one of the hardest, most exciting, and fun things I’ve ever done, and I’m thrilled to share it with you.

Hi Elaina! There are about 10-11 Ukrainian/Eastern European dishes and there are plenty of others that are universal like mashed potatoes which you can’t really classify to any specific country of origin.
I already pre order mine i cant wait. 😁 Im so excited. With this book it will be so easy for me to flip while cooking compare now that i need to have my phone with me to read the step by step while cooking 😃
