I am so excited to finally share our first cookbook with you! Somebody pinch me!! It’s hard to believe it’s out in the world and a three-week New York Times Best-Selling Cookbook. Writing this book has been one of the hardest, most exciting, and fun things I’ve ever done, and I’m thrilled to share it with you.

Where to Buy
The book is available online and in stores:
P.S. I have this vivid memory of getting a chocolate candy bar in grade school and saving it so I could share it with my 4 sisters at home. That’s how I feel about the recipes in this cookbook – I finally get to share them with you, the Natasha’s Kitchen community that I love so much. Thank you for your support and for inspiring me to bring this cookbook to life. You must know, it was created FOR YOU!
About Natasha’s Kitchen Cookbook
- National Best Seller – 3 Weeks on the New York Times List, Wall Street Journal, Publishers Weekly Barnes and Noble Top Books, and Amazon Best-Seller.
- 100+ Recipes – I think it’s about 110 to be exact, most of which are brand new and truly some of my best recipes. These include everything from breakfasts, soups, salads, main courses, exciting sides, and desserts.
- Entertaining Ideas – we have a whole chapter devoted to easy hosting with brilliant recipes and tips to inspire hospitality.
- Tested by hundreds of volunteers – Every recipe was tested by 5 or more cooks from our cookbook testing community of 315 people (with all skill levels; from home cooks to professional chefs).
- Gorgeous photos – every recipe was beautifully photographed (because I can’t handle cookbooks without pictures) and the recipes will make your mouth water.
- Behind the Scenes – we included historic photos of my family, even the first (slightly awkward) photo with my husband Vadim when we first met. I’m excited to share more of my family with you. I know I’m biased but the lifestyle photos are my favorite part of the book.
- Stories – I shared our back story with details I’ve never shared before; how we came to America as refugees, growing up, meeting my husband, and how this incredible Natasha’s Kitchen journey began.

Corrections:
Despite having an entire team proofread the book many times over, a couple of things slipped through the cracks. Thank you for reporting these to me! Corrections will be made in the next printing:
- French Onion Soup on pg. 120 – Step 5: Once the stock and seasonings are in the pot, partially cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Watch the Video Tutorial.
- Index – Fettuccini Alfredo is on pg 132 (not 152)

What People are Saying…
The book has received glowing reviews since the day it launched. Read hundreds more reviews on Amazon.
“Delicious and Simple recipes”
“My husband and I were anticipating the arrival of Natasha’s cookbook. Because of her delicious recipes we stopped eating out as much. The recipes are simple and don’t require a whole lot of “hard to find” ingredients. Today we cooked 3 recipes to mealprep, the whole chicken, the mushroom chicken, and the restaurant-tasting mashed potatoes. I promise you won’t regret getting this cookbook. My 3 year old loved the mashed potatoes and the chicken with mushrooms. We look forward to cooking many more of these recipes. Thank you Natasha! Your skills have helped us save so much money by eating in and I love watching your YouTube channel. There has not been a recipe I’ve tried that my hubby and I have not loved. God bless you always!” – Keyla
“EASY, FAST, and DELICIOUS recipes”
“We have been following Natasha and her recipes for YEARS! We were ecstatic when we saw she was writing a cookbook! The picture is actually from a recipe from her website but one that we just cooked tonight! Natasha’s recipes consist of ingredients you mostly have on hand and never usually exceed 30 minutes. As a mother of two, this is huge! We also always get complimented when guests come over and 90% of the time it’s a “Natasha” recipe. My husband’s common phrase is “Natasha, you did it again!”Specifically for her book, it included more about Natasha’s life that we loved! Some more amazing recipes that are not on her website and we loved the tips and hints section! I know more ways to thaw butter that I am super excited to use! Thanks, Natasha!” – Curt S.
“Where do I begin!!”
“From the moment I opened this beautiful and long-awaited cookbook, I couldn’t put it down! I literally spent 3 hours reading every single page. I was fully committed and absorbed in the precious stories and family memories that caused me to tear up more than once (especially the one about how her and Vadim met). I felt like I knew Natasha and her family members personally and the way she weaved those memories and stories with the recipes was incredibly sweet. Of course, I have made many recipes in this book, but now beyond excited to get busy trying all the others! Thank you Natasha for who you are, your silly, funny, sweet and endearing personality that millions of us love and adore! Congratulations and God bless you and your family….so very proud of you!!” – Karen L.
“FANTASTIC!!”
“I’m so happy to receive Natasha’s cookbook and I am blown away at how beautiful it is! This is a very nice hefty hard-bound cookbook. It’s pages are filled with beautiful photos for each recipe and it is very well written and put together. There’s TONS of recipes in here! I’ve already made 3 of Natasha’s recipes from the book and my family loved every bite. The recipes are easy to follow and the print is just right. I’m going to be using this cookbook for a very long time. I can’t tell you enough how wonderful it really is! Don’t hesitate! Just get one! You will love it like I do.” – Alicia H.

Ms Natasha I had pre ordered your book and never received it! Very disappointing.
Hi Maria! I encourage you to reach out to the vendor that your ordered/purchased the book from to check on your order. It’s quite unusual to not have received it by now.
I finially got my copy of your cookbook! I love the history you share, it made me laugh, it made me cry. Can’t wait to make some recipies! Maybe one day you will make it to Salem OR for a book signing.
Aww, that’s the best! Thank you so much for sharing that with me. I’m all smiles, Michele!

Thank you so much for the love and support. In the recipe card (click on jump to recipe at the top of the page) there is a print button.
I ordered 2 signed cookbooks months ago that I would receive in October. I paid the day I ordered! To date have heard nothing and have not received the cookbooks that are to be Christmas gifts.
Hi Debra, can you send us a mnessage via our Contact Form?
I had preordered your cookbook on August 9th and it said it would ship Oct 4th and I still haven’t received it.
Hi Maria, I recommend reaching out the the source where you purchased from to ensure they know you’re still waiting on your book.
Hi Natasha! I ordered a copy of your cookbook on Amazon when it was first announced. I have not received it as of today. Any help would be appreciated as I can’t wait to dive in!!! Thanks.
Hi Madeline! I would look at your order history on Amazon and see what it says about your order, maybe there was an error in processing. I haven’t heard of many issues with Amazon orders not being delivered. If you see the purchase of the book in your order history, then contact Amazon directly about it. I do not sell or ship the book, sorry I can’t be more help. You’ll have to go through the seller directly.
I haven’t received my cookbook yet I prepaid for it. When are you sending it to me.
Hi Laurie! I don’t sell/ship the book. You would need to contact the seller you purchased the book from directly (Amazon, talk shop live, etc..)
Laurie, you have repeatedly asked about the cookbook which you say wasn’t received. Please do as Natasha asked and contact the vendor you ordered it from. I hope they can resolve your issue
Hello Natasha!
I’m a new follower of your recipes. I’ve accidentally landed on your page several times and have discovered your recipes are some of my favorites.
Congratulations on your first book! I understand you don’t work directly with the selling portion; however, I saw a comment that mentioned getting a spiral bound edition of your new cookbook. Do you happen to know where I might find one? I checked all the seller links and came up empty.
I wish continued success and happiness for you and your family.
Hi Alan! Thank you so much for sharing. I’m glad you are finding recipes that you love. In regards to the spiral bound cookbook, it’s a knock off. I am not sure what the spiral version is or who makes it and cannot guarantee the contents of it. It’s not from my publisher and don’t know how it was allowed to be sold. The legal team is working on getting it removed, so if you see it anywhere I would discourage you from buying it.
Natasha,
Are you going to have your cookbook issued in spiral bound form? I think that would be great as they lie flat. I wouldn’t want a knockoff and that’s shabby on whoever has done it.
Hi Terri! No, it’s not an option at this time from the publisher. I’m not sure that it will be.
Hi Natasha! Lovely cook book!! I pre ordered mine from Amazon and received two weeks ago! I love it!! I refer to as my kitchen bible. Thank you for all the wonderful recipes. Loved your wonderful interview on Good Morning America! Many blessings to you and your families and I wish you more exciting endeavors as you continue with life.
Thank you so much, Beth! I’m so glad you are enjoying it.
Natasha,
I am happy for your success, I was one of your fans that jumped on the bandwagon with ordering before it hit the market as many of your “fans” did at your encouragement so that you would make the NYT best seller list. Again I am happy for you but am disappointed that all your top fans like myself who bought early paid several more dollars for your book than it is being offered for now on Amazon. I feel like I have been duped. I am disappointed.
Hi Joyce! Thank you for the love and support. Many of my readers also preordered like you, and Amazon honored the sale price and gave them a refund. You might check your final receipt to see if it reflects the sale price. If not, you can reach out to Amazon to see if they will honor it. Unfortunately we do not control the sales on the book and had no way of knowing that sale would take place. I’m sorry you’re disappointed.
In my Dutch kitchen as well!!
I am very happy with your cookbook! I’ve been watching your reels on Facebook and YouTube for years. They also helped me through a difficult time. Because of you I purchased the Instant Pot and that large Cuisinart Airfryer and they are used frequently. I started with the whole chicken in the Instant Pot and later on the Instant Pot ribs and mashed potatoes as well. Such a good idea that apple juice with the spareribs!
I hope you will write many new recipes or keep on sharing old family recipes.
Good luck Natasha, keep it up!
Lovely regards,
Ah! I’m so glad to hear that you are enjoying the recipes. Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback.
I haven’t received my cookbook it’s been a couple of months!
I love your show and all your cooking I love. You make it fun to watch.
Hi Rosalie, do you remember if you ordered it from Amazon, Talk Shop Live or other sellers? I recommend contacting them asap to get an update on your delivery.
Way to go! Congratulations, soon you will be #1. I did get your cookbook. I already made a couple of your recipes and turned out great, especially the apple pie. Take care and god bless to you and your family.
Thank you so much, I appreciate your nice feedback. I would love it if you could add a review on where you purchased the book. Those reviews help a ton!
Do you have a recipe to make calamari? Or did I just give you something to pounder about? lol have a good one and be safe.
Hi Chuck, I don’t have that on my website yet but that’s a good idea. Thanks for the suggestion!
Hay baby girl, good thing happen to good people. God bless and congrats
Thank you!
Hi Natasha. I received your cook book just over a week ago now and have loved it. I even convinced my mom to get a copy. 🙂
I’ve been following your blog since 2013 and have loved it the whole time. I found it shortly after having moved back to the States after teaching English in Russia for several years. I missed the food and found you while looking for recipes. Thank you for all your wonderful work and God Bless
I’m glad that you received it and have enjoyed it! I would love it if you could add a review on where you purchased the book. Those reviews help a ton!
I absolutely love your cookbook. The big thing here is that I don’t actually like physical cookbooks anymore, I love my online recipe box and looking at my favorite bloggers (you). I gave away my 50 plus cookbooks so the fact I bought one is a big deal here. Love the glossy pages and everything about your cookbook. Thanks (I think, lol). Truely is a wonderful book though and I’m so glad I bought it. Wish all of the recipes in it were on your site though so I could add them to my online recipe box. Thanks again Natasha for the great book and site!
Hello Brenda, this is such an inspiring message for us. We appreciate your kids words, love and support. It makes us feel loved and appreciated!
Congratulations being #2 on the New York Times best seller list. I’ll bet you will be #1 in no time. Great job.
Thank you so much! We appreciate everyones love and support.
I love it !!! First cookbook I’ve ever bought where I know I will be making every recipe in the book !
I can’t wait for you to try all the recipes, Valeria!
