I am so excited to finally share our first cookbook with you! Somebody pinch me!! It’s hard to believe it’s out in the world and a three-week New York Times Best-Selling Cookbook. Writing this book has been one of the hardest, most exciting, and fun things I’ve ever done, and I’m thrilled to share it with you.

Where to Buy
The book is available online and in stores:
P.S. I have this vivid memory of getting a chocolate candy bar in grade school and saving it so I could share it with my 4 sisters at home. That’s how I feel about the recipes in this cookbook – I finally get to share them with you, the Natasha’s Kitchen community that I love so much. Thank you for your support and for inspiring me to bring this cookbook to life. You must know, it was created FOR YOU!
About Natasha’s Kitchen Cookbook
- National Best Seller – 3 Weeks on the New York Times List, Wall Street Journal, Publishers Weekly Barnes and Noble Top Books, and Amazon Best-Seller.
- 100+ Recipes – I think it’s about 110 to be exact, most of which are brand new and truly some of my best recipes. These include everything from breakfasts, soups, salads, main courses, exciting sides, and desserts.
- Entertaining Ideas – we have a whole chapter devoted to easy hosting with brilliant recipes and tips to inspire hospitality.
- Tested by hundreds of volunteers – Every recipe was tested by 5 or more cooks from our cookbook testing community of 315 people (with all skill levels; from home cooks to professional chefs).
- Gorgeous photos – every recipe was beautifully photographed (because I can’t handle cookbooks without pictures) and the recipes will make your mouth water.
- Behind the Scenes – we included historic photos of my family, even the first (slightly awkward) photo with my husband Vadim when we first met. I’m excited to share more of my family with you. I know I’m biased but the lifestyle photos are my favorite part of the book.
- Stories – I shared our back story with details I’ve never shared before; how we came to America as refugees, growing up, meeting my husband, and how this incredible Natasha’s Kitchen journey began.

Corrections:
Despite having an entire team proofread the book many times over, a couple of things slipped through the cracks. Thank you for reporting these to me! Corrections will be made in the next printing:
- French Onion Soup on pg. 120 – Step 5: Once the stock and seasonings are in the pot, partially cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Watch the Video Tutorial.
- Index – Fettuccini Alfredo is on pg 132 (not 152)

“Delicious and Simple recipes”
“My husband and I were anticipating the arrival of Natasha’s cookbook. Because of her delicious recipes we stopped eating out as much. The recipes are simple and don’t require a whole lot of “hard to find” ingredients. Today we cooked 3 recipes to mealprep, the whole chicken, the mushroom chicken, and the restaurant-tasting mashed potatoes. I promise you won’t regret getting this cookbook. My 3 year old loved the mashed potatoes and the chicken with mushrooms. We look forward to cooking many more of these recipes. Thank you Natasha! Your skills have helped us save so much money by eating in and I love watching your YouTube channel. There has not been a recipe I’ve tried that my hubby and I have not loved. God bless you always!” – Keyla
“EASY, FAST, and DELICIOUS recipes”
“We have been following Natasha and her recipes for YEARS! We were ecstatic when we saw she was writing a cookbook! The picture is actually from a recipe from her website but one that we just cooked tonight! Natasha’s recipes consist of ingredients you mostly have on hand and never usually exceed 30 minutes. As a mother of two, this is huge! We also always get complimented when guests come over and 90% of the time it’s a “Natasha” recipe. My husband’s common phrase is “Natasha, you did it again!”Specifically for her book, it included more about Natasha’s life that we loved! Some more amazing recipes that are not on her website and we loved the tips and hints section! I know more ways to thaw butter that I am super excited to use! Thanks, Natasha!” – Curt S.
“Where do I begin!!”
“From the moment I opened this beautiful and long-awaited cookbook, I couldn’t put it down! I literally spent 3 hours reading every single page. I was fully committed and absorbed in the precious stories and family memories that caused me to tear up more than once (especially the one about how her and Vadim met). I felt like I knew Natasha and her family members personally and the way she weaved those memories and stories with the recipes was incredibly sweet. Of course, I have made many recipes in this book, but now beyond excited to get busy trying all the others! Thank you Natasha for who you are, your silly, funny, sweet and endearing personality that millions of us love and adore! Congratulations and God bless you and your family….so very proud of you!!” – Karen L.
“FANTASTIC!!”
“I’m so happy to receive Natasha’s cookbook and I am blown away at how beautiful it is! This is a very nice hefty hard-bound cookbook. It’s pages are filled with beautiful photos for each recipe and it is very well written and put together. There’s TONS of recipes in here! I’ve already made 3 of Natasha’s recipes from the book and my family loved every bite. The recipes are easy to follow and the print is just right. I’m going to be using this cookbook for a very long time. I can’t tell you enough how wonderful it really is! Don’t hesitate! Just get one! You will love it like I do.” – Alicia H.

Great cook book, is this the only one you have, or do you have others
Thank you! It is my first cookbook and hopefully there will be more in the future.
I am from South Africa and enjoy your recipes
I recently made your French union meat balls
No where do you mention when to add the soup to the mixture
Sorry I read it about 3 times
Hi Anne, I don’t have French onion meatballs on my site or in my book. Could you be talking about French Onion Soup?
Can I half your recipes? I’m 85 and live alone. I like easy recipes with ingredients I would have on hand! I don’t drive anymore. Thank you
Hi Joyce. Yes, you can half the recipes. On my blog, each recipe has the number of servings listed at the top of the recipe card. You can adjust the number of servings and it will convert the ingredient list for you.
Hi Natasha I’m loving your recipes so much Iam in Kenya where can buy your cooking book thank you
Hi Sarah, I’m not sure that it is being sold in your area. My best advice would be to click through the links above to see if any of these vendors will ship to your location.
Your smile alone brightens the day…and personally plus! I just love watching your postings.
Please don’t ever stop…we need more people like you. So from the bottom of my heart thank you!

Natasha – So sad we missed your book signing in Houston. Just wanted to share my family’s appreciation of your recipes. We discovered you during the COVID lockdown. Making your recipes was a great family activity while we were cooped up at home. Your instructional videos were easy to follow. Would love to buy a signed copy of your cookbook.
I would’ve loved to meet you but no worries. Hopefully, we can travel more in the future! I believe the signed copies being sold at Talk Shop Live have been sold out already. But you may click on the other links for the cookbook but they are not signed.
Just starting to make sourdough. I’m a mess, but after watching your video I’m going to give your recipe a try today. I just can’t seem to get the flour and water right. I’m at high altitude and maybe that’s why. I’ll try yours and maybe hydrate more if need be.
Hi Natasha, I came across your kitchen on fb/youtube a few years ago and always thought you’re funny. I’ve tried some of your recipes. I now receive emails from NatashaKitchen with recipes. Last night I tried your easy to follow chicken & mushroom casserole and also cup cake recipes. I always get my husband to review my cooking and he was very impressed. Was wondering if you have a cookbook and this morning I received an email about your new cookbook. I am very pleased with your success, Congratulations!
Thank you, Rusni! I’m so glad you’re enjoying the recipes. I hope you love the cookbook!
Good day Natasha….. Thankyou for the delicious recipes you forwarded to me….I am looking for an easy no yeast pizza base recipe please
Hi Lilian, I don’t have a yeast free pizza dough currently, just our Easy and quick pizza dough and our Overnight pizza dough with less yeast but still has yeast.
Natasha is truly in my opinion todays Julia Child, her recipes are easy to follow and do not require a lot of steps. I just love how she has so many different varieties of recipes to choose from. Her videos are so helpful, I wish there was one for every recipe. There has yet to be a meal where I have messed up or did not like it, everything is ALWAYS delicious. My students with special needs really respond to her videos; they have learned so much from following along with her. Every single meal I make is either inspired from one of her recipes or directly off her website. Thank you so much Natasha, I have almost cooked everything available on your website!
Hi Danielle! That’s so great to hear. Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback. I appreciate all the love and support.
Respectfully saying not sure what happened but I saw the early bird purchase in the winter / spring of the cookbook took the early advantage of knowing wouldn’t receive it till fall / late fall of 2023 but I never received the cookbook never quite sure how to correspond about the issue till I just saw this post with book purchase site & a leave a comment so thought this message might get to the correct department of my concerns ! Thank You ! Mark Hansen 🇨🇦 !
Hi Mark, did you purchase it from Amazon or from another website? Please make sure to get in touch with them and get an update. They should have delivered your copy a long time ago already.

It sounds like you may have preordered it from
Talk Shop Live when I promoted it on Facebook. Please look for your receipt. You can email them directly at support@talkshop.live or complete the online Talk Shop Live Customer Service Request HERE.
You will need to provide them with the name and email you ordered it under as well as your order number. I wish I could be more help, but I do not manage any of the sales so you’ll have to go through the vendor directly. If you have any issues let us know.
Hi I love all your recipes I watch your videos , Byron the cream cheese recipe you did not mention the cup amount of sugar how many cream cheese and sugar
Hi Juanita! I’m glad you’re enjoying the recipes. In my videos, I don’t always mention the fine details and exact measurements but I do include the recipe link in the description/caption section of the video. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to look up any of my recipes here on my blog. The ingredients and instructions are in the recipe card at the very bottom of the blog post.
Is your goolash recipie in the cookbook? I love watching you cook . I like your recipes. Can’t wait to order your book
Hi Marlene! I’m glad you’re loving the recipes. No this one is not. My cookbook has mainly new recipes not available on the blog.
i love your recipes.however i have not been able to find one for apple or cheese noodle pudding that was so poular on long island. sometimes called sweet apple babka
Hi Vera! I’m glad you’re loving the recipes. I’m sorry, I don’t have a recipe for anything like that.
Haven’t had much time yet to review your beautiful new cookbook which I bought today in an Indigo book store, but just found this page mentioning Corrections. The Onion Soup correction in need of edit is as noted. However, the Index item for Fettuccini Alfredo, David’s, 132, 133 in my book is wrong. The recipe and photo in my book are on 152, 153. The index list under pasta and grains, 129-155 shows David’s Fettuccini Alfredo, 152, 153 is correct.
Creamy Pesto Pasta, listed on index as Pesto Pasta, Creamy, 152, 153 is actually on 132, 133. However, listed in index under pasta and grains, 129-155 as Creamy Pesto Pasta, 132, 133 is correctly listed.
Hi Dawn, thank you so much for bringing this to my attention. I will send this to my editor for review and correction in the next reprint.
I have the book and am so impressed with the contents and recipes. If I had the ability and time I would love to try about 90 percent of them!
I’m so happy you love our recipes and my book! Thank you so much for the fantastic review and your encouraging words, Jan! I am smiling big reading your comment.
Congratulations Natasha on all your success it’s very well deserved I love your recipes and I follow you online. I find those now there’s other peoples names under yours and I can’t actually get the recipe. But I want to order your cookbook and I’m hoping I could get a signed copy I would just be thrilled with that so if you give me some direction as to how to go about doing that I would love to do that my name is Margaret Lynne Rayner
Thank you so much, I appreciate it. I’m not sure what stores still have the signed copies but the ones from Talk Shop Live are sold out a long time ago.
