Easy Avocado Salmon Salad Ingredients:
You really can’t go wrong with this list of ingredients. If you love salmon and avocados, I hope this becomes a new favorite for you!
Tools We Used to Make This Recipe (affiliate links):
- Mixing and Prep Bowls (these are used all-the-time in our kitchen)
- Non-Stick Saute Pan (10″)
- Boos Blocks Cutting Board (favorite!)
Tips for Serving and Storing Leftovers:
If you prefer, you can break up the cooked salmon filet into bite-sized chunks and toss it with the salad.
This salad tastes and serves best fresh. Since the romaine and cucumbers will begin to soften from the addition of salt in the dressing, I suggest not adding dressing until ready to serve.

Made this for my wife and daughters last night and they loved it. I pan seared it in a cast iron skillet. I added a little basil, oregano and dill from our garden and it was so good. They want this weekly now!!
Hi Rob, I’m so happy to hear that you loved the salad. Thank you for sharing that with me!
Dressing recipe needs changing. 1 tsp of salt was WAY too much. I literally needed to rinse the dressing off my salad to make it edible. I’d take it down to 1/4 tsp salt for your palette and health.
Hi Jenn, you can add salt to taste but also keep in mind we use sea salt and if you use a finer salt like table salt, you would want to use a little less.
I agree with Jenn above. The dressing was way too salty and I used NZ sea salt. It looked a lot so I cut it in half, but it was still too much. Otherwise the salad was excellent. Thank you for the recipe 🥰
Making this for luncheon tomorrow.Thank you .Great video!

Looks great but not a recipe for anyone with hypertension. 1224mg of sodium?!?!
I was looking for something healthy to make and this popped up on FB. It looked like the perfect meal for my family. Off to the grocery store I went and an hour later I was a chopping fool. It turned out so great that my wife now wants me to take over as the cooking duties. Not sure if I should thank you or curse you (lol). It was delicious and will become a house favorite… Thanks Natasha!!
