2 Quick and Easy Appetizers (Video Recipes)
A must try creamy spinach and artichoke dip or cheesy baked potato wedges for your next get together!
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working hard to create new videos for you but between house showings (we’re selling our home), and sleepless nights with baby D teething (thankfully she’s better now!), we got behind on editing and sharing these videos on our cooking channel. But, they were worth the wait ;). These appetizers are so easy and good. Make them for your next party!
Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip
This spinach and artichoke dip was the very first video recipe we published. We even hired someone to put it together for us because we didn’t have a clue about video production at that point. Boy oh boy if I had a dollar for every time I flipped my hair in that video, I’d have a very nice pair of shoes! Remarkably, that little video got our YouTube channel off the ground and it has been viewed 153,600+ times. So… that many people watched my more than slightly awkward self make this dip 3 years ago :-O.
We’ve come a long way thanks to my husband, Vadim who (#1) loves filming (#2) is super creative and developed mad editing skills! Honestly, my job is easy compared to his. Back to this new and improved video – we really want you to see how simple it is to make this dip; just add stuff to the pot and stir! PRINT RECIPE HERE.
Baked Cheesy Potato Wedges
We fell in love with these a long time ago and have made them countless times. I want them every time I watch this video. They’re just begging to be dipped in ketchup or ranch or fry sauce. PRINT RECIPE HERE.
Guess what we’ve having tonight? 😉

That’s so sweet of you to say. Thank you! 🙂
I love that you do videos for your recipes. it makes them so easy to follow. I’m saving the baked potato wedges recipe to have with some burgers later this week.
