Thank you for sharing and for the 5 stars, Cathy! I hope you love every recipe that you will try.
Your recipes and videos make me want to cook and believe me I don’t cook! Tried one of your apple pie recipes and loved it. Then I tried the filet Mignon in mushroom sauce…not so good. I had trouble getting the sauce to thicken and could not figure out why. Maybe I did not cook off the alcohol enough? Any ideas?
Hi Elaine, hmm – that is one of our more popular recipes, it sounds like maybe something did go wrong. I would follow each step and yes, make sure to cook down that wine.
I absolutely Love all your recipes Natasha. I look forward to making a lot of them in the future.. They always turn out great. I love the Apple pie with butter , especially. It’s one of my favorites. I’ve made a couple recipe binders and most of them are from you. Thank you so much..

I also glanced at the top recipes of the year and am ecstatic to land on your baklava recipe. I’ve said many times that I need to find a recipe for that and now I have yours!

Love your recipes! I wondered if you could feature “lite” calorie conscious recipes from time to time for those of us who can’t indulge in cream, butter, sugar, and fats. Hard to find tasty things. Thanks!
Thank you for that suggestion! We have an awesome salad category and we just released one of our favorite salads this past week. I hope you give it a try soon.
Oh My Gosh Natasha,
I haven’t seen such a delicious picture of Baklava since my mother died, as a matter of fact I haven’t eaten any since then. I’m 71 now and just purchased an Instant Pot and have been looking for recipes I can make and came upon your blog. I know it is labor intensive but I have got to try it. Any hints? Have also seen some more delicious recipes I have to try.
Hi Dominic! I’m so glad you found our recipe! I recommend reading through the entire recipe first and getting all of the ingredients ready ahead of time.
I don’t know how your Corn Chowder didn’t make it to the top of your list, at 192 5 star reviews, except to say the competition is pretty tough! However for all the readers, if you haven’t made this recipe, I vote for this recipe as #16! It’s phenomenal! Best corn chowder, bar none!
THAT one is good! We love the corn chowder!
We have also tried so many of these top 15 and are never disappointed in your recipes! In 2020, I would love to see your creativity used to create some awesome Gluten free desserts. Half my family has celiac and I struggle finding decent cake and cookie recipes that are good with gluten free flour substitutes and I prefer to bake from scratch. I’m a pro at muffins though!
Thank you for that thoughtful and wonderful review, Shawn! I will add more gluten-free options to my list. I’m so glad you’re enjoying our recipes!
Would like the list of your favorite kitchen utensils.

In 2020 I would like to see more lower carb recipes.
Hi Anna! I’m so happy you love those recipes. Thank you so much for sharing that with me. I think you’ll love the fish tacos. Those are my personal favorite.
